ABOUT SHADOWS: The shadows represent anxiety and bad thoughts. They're not visible but you can hear them say that you're not good enough or that you'll lose. The song took a long time to make as I couldn't figure out how to really get it right. There was a lot of vocal production, but the instrumentals still felt very empty which is when I started adding more instruments, some that you can barely even hear but were still necessary.
