The Outcast

Have you ever had that feeling were you woke up from a nightmare only to re enter another one, but that one was your life.

I have, if you were wondering.

My name is June Faith and I am my familys outcast.

I feel like every family has an outcast or a person that just doesn't fit in well with them, but me I don't fit in anywhere I go. I dont look like my family, I dont act like my family and I sure as hell don't dress like them, they all dress up like snobby prudes.

I'm eighteen getting ready to be in college soon and I still dont know what I want to do with my life, but my sister on the other hand she's fifteen and already knows what she wants to do in life. I guess thats jsut another reason my parents show favoritism towards her, I mean she's gorgeous who wouldn't like her. She has long wavy red hair, big green eyes, and beautiful skin. I on the other hand have long brown hair, blue eyes, and also a nose ring.

I dont want to sound like that girl that's always depressing and bringing other people down with their issue's because to be completely honest I not that girl. That's one of the many reasons why I dont fit in with my "perfect" family, their always so uptight and buisnessy and I want to be unique and outgoing.

I honestly like being different, and I find no shame with doing stupid things at times because we all do at least once in our life.

Well anyway back to my life.....

" JUNE, MOM SAYS TO WAKE UP NOW"

"I'm up now stop screaming through the house"

"Whatever"

I wake up to a note sitting on the side of my bed that says:

From Mom and Dad

Dear June,

By the time you get this your father and I will have most likely already taken off into Spain. We will be gone for 2 weeks for a buisness trip in Spain, for the time that we are gone we will be asking your English teacher Ms. Frazier to watch you and April. We love you both very much and hope you both behave, see you soon.

Wait if mom isn't here that twerp woke me up for no reason. Oh payback is a real arse April.

Ok so I know I should be a little bit freaked out by the fact that I'm going to have to spend two full weeks with my teacher but I'm actually not. Ms.Frazier is one of the coolest people I know, she's like twenty six and really pretty. So I don't really mind living with her for two weeks, even longer would be fine.

Welp time to break the news to the twerp.

"APRIL COME HERE"

"I'M COMING"

After a lot of thumping and stomping of feet she finally makes it to my room.

"Yeah sis what did you want" she ask nervously

I knew why she was nervous she thought I was going to pay her back for waking me up, so I decided to toy with her a little bit.

" So sister o'l buddy o'l pal were ever do you think mother is."

" Uhmm well you see I think mom is at the store getting food." she said while her left eyebrow was twitching and that was a sign that she was lying.

" Oh really well I just got a note from mom stating that she and dad were ont their way to Spain." I say and then hand her the note.

She skims over the note and then stands up to dash out of my room sadly for her one of her special talents isn't balance and within her first step she trips and falls.
