I find myself at the corner of the street desperately trying to get home. My shift ends at nine but it's a quarter after one and I am all alone waiting for a ride home. I'm dead tired but really happy that I got to finish the report that my boss demanded me to submit.

The street is empty. A few cars passed by and every minute seemed like hours. My phone vibrated only to remind me that it's low on battery. "Well, me too!", I muttered to myself.
I saw two headlights only 2 blocks away approaching slowly. A sigh of relief as I finally saw the word TAXI on its roof. I waved and saw the driver inside smiled at me.

I sat at the backseat and told the driver my destination. My place should only be a 15 minute drive from my office at this hour.

The driver is not much of a talker, which didn't help since I was doing my best not to fall asleep.

I was looking outside the window when I noticed something . From my angle, I can see a woman's reflection on the tinted window sitting beside the driver. I was stunned at first but I thought maybe my eyes are playing tricks on me. There is clearly no one beside the driver.

I scooted to get a different angle but I froze when I saw her shoulder. She slowly turned around. I wanted to scream but I can't move a muscle. The driver didn't seem to see what I'm seeing. Then she whispered... Faintly...

He killed me.
