When you request, specify the background; what the people look like, object, or color. Include the name of your book, if you'd like your username to be on the cover, and if you'd like the title to have a color + a little detail on the font.
Example:
Title of the book is Tiny Blessing. I don't want the font to be plan but I'd like it white. I'd like there to be a background photo of girl, a boy, and a baby. The username also on the cover.
