"Andy the combinations are all off. You need to practice outside of the studio. How many times do I have to tell you this!?" Ms.McCormick yelled.  Andy nods his head.
'Jump, spin, arms crossed, toe pointed, head back' he thought to himself. Practice ended soon after that. He texted his mother to came pick him up. He grabbed his bag and walked outside. He stood against the wall, one leg resting against it. Someone bumps into him, knocking him over.
"Oh shit. Are you okay?" The person who had bumped into him asks.
"Yeah I'm okay," he looked up and saw what he thought to be the most beautiful male ever. The males bright blues eyes looked into his.
"The name is Ben. Sorry for knocking you over," Ben smiled and helped Andy up.
"Andy, and it's okay," Ben shakes his head.
"No really I feel bad about it. I should have been paying attention,"  Andy shook his head.
"Angelica come on!" His mother called from her car window.
"It's okay Ben but I have to go. Hopefully I see you again?" Andy smiles and walks over to his mothers car. He looks over to Ben to see him smiling and looking at him. Andy smiled and waved bye to Ben.
"How was practice Angie?" His mother asked.
"Mom my name is Andy," his mother looked over at him.
"No your name is Angelica. You are a female for the 10th fucking time. You are not a male," he stared at her.
"No I'm not mom! I am a male!" His mother glares at him before bringing up her hand, and slapping him across the face, hard. He cries out in pain, grabbing his cheek.
"Oh Angelica. The producer for Newsies at called. You made it in! Isn't that amazing?" He nods his head and looks out the window. He wished his mom would except him for who he is. The ride home in silence.
