Gauri gets shot, but it touches her left arm as passes by and Gauri sees Sultan trying to shoot again and grabs the gun and shoots Sultan

At the hospital

After a while (hospital)
Om goes in Gauri's room and sees her with a bandage on her forehead and on the left arm

Om (feeling hurt because Gauri doesn't remember anything about their marriage): It's Ok...ab Ghar chale.
G: Hain chalo...Ghar mein sab pareshaan ho rahe ho gaye
Both head home...Om holds Gauri's hand and helps her walk
