On your wedding day
It will be the happiest day of your life.
You will look absolutely stunning in your black suit
Your eyes will shine as she walks the aisle and is given to you
Ill be beside myself floating in tears but it will be too late to turn back now
I will be so happy for you to have found love but ill be sad for myself to have lost the only love i ever knew
Ill be shrieking in pain and screaming at myself inside but ill put on the biggest smile on my face as i give your beautiful bride the most expensive gift i ever bought.
I will hug you and congratulate you and my heart will sink as you thank me for being so supportive
Ill look into your eyes and some desparate part of me will want to tell you how i really feel.
But in your eyes i will find happiness pure joy and love for another woman and it will destroy me so i will kiss you on the cheek tell you you are a lucky guy and bid you bye.
Then i will head to the champagne corner or the open bar and drink myself under the table. I will make sure to tell everyone who passes by how happy i am with this wedding. Maybe if i say it enough times it will come true.
Maybe if i drink one too many drinks ill stop loving you. Maybe ill wake up tomorrow not caring. Maybe then ill be set free off these shackles that bind me to you. Or maybe ill die. And you can finaly be happy.
