The Original Family

Caden, Elijah, Alexander and Elizabeth were sitting in the parlour talking about the mainstreaming of the other vampire kind. Alexander told Elijah that he and his siblings are friends with one member of the authority, and he advised him not to go ahead with it due to the fact that humans will not react well with it. Caden and Elizabeth knows who it is because Roman stayed with the three siblings for a good 100 years before deciding that he will leave and travel the world on his own. "I reminded Roman to not mention, more like threatened, to not mention our kind to the human government. If he does, Caden, Elizabeth and I will eliminate every single vampire of his kind. Being alive as long as we have, certain spells were created as a fail safe to keep them in place." Alexander smirked and his siblings smiled because they remembered the trouble in creating that spell and how difficult it is but the outcome was a reward that they needed for the hard work and lives that was put into it. Elijah was glad on how ahead his cousin was and reminding the other vampire kind that he and their family are the superior of their kind.

"I've met another telepath." which made Caden snapped his attention to his brother. Alexander then continued "Thanks to Elizabeth's informant, I was able to confirm that it was true. She hasn't fully developed her gifts but was able to read minds. I have someone looking out for her specially on how rare telepaths are this days." Elizabeth smiled from the credit she received from her brother. "Will you turn her?" Alexander heard his cousin, Elijah, but he shake his head no. "She must remain human. Her blood is different to a human but not as strong as a pure or half blooded telepath." Elijah nodded at his answer. Alexander doesn't know if sookie will retain her ability if she does turn but he's glad that Sookie doesn't want to become a vampire.

~Following Day~

Elijah has left the three siblings for Mystic Falls to proceed with his plans and they all agree that they will arrive on the day of the ritual. If they arrive early, Nik will be suspicious of them and due to his paranoia of betrayal, they can't risk a slight chance of their plan to not succeed.
Since Alexander was back home, he and his siblings decided to live together. Alexander decided to visit a friend in Austin, Texas while his sister will handle looking for a new house for them to live. Alexander went to the parlour to look for his brother, because that was family favourite spot in the house, and found a man and a woman with healed bite wounds on their wrist. he could see that his brother compelled a couple to come home while he was out. "I see you brought a snack while your out" Caden smirked at his brother " The synthetic blood that humans develop is disgusting. I don't know how their kind could stomach it." "Maybe it's because our kind was created first and we're able to ingest human food unlike them, they solely depend on human blood." "I can't even remember how they we're created." Caden suddenly blurted out and noticed Alexander took the man and woman's wrist, slicing a vein, hovering above an empty wine glass for the blood to flow in. Once Alexander was done, he rolled his sleeves up and bit his wrist so he could give it to them to heal quickly. Alexander jones his siblings with his blood filled glass and joined in the conversation. "They were created solely to destroy us by a scorned witch that our dear cousin has caused and who knows what he has done." Caden and Elizabeth remembered how the witch told them that she will be the death of their family. Alexander then continued, "Somehow, she was able to paralyse Rebekah long enough to take her blood. She tried to recreate the spell of the original witch. Once she was done, she ingested the spelled blood and Stab herself in the heart." "How do you know all of this?" He heard his brother said and saw how intrigued his sister was with his story. "Simple, I was watching her with Kol." Caden and Elizabeth looked surprised and gave him the look to explain. "You know how Kol was with magic. He asked me to go with him and agreed because I was bored. So we followed her from a distance and made sure she doesn't notice us." Caden then said "I remember that night. I thought you were out with one of your suitors and Kol reeking havoc to the nearby villagers." Alexander smiles but shake his head no. Elizabeth was laughing quietly and trying to be subtle about it but due to them being vampires, who have excellent hearing, Caden heard her and glared. Alexander continued his story "After we saw her stab her heart, she drop to the ground and died in seconds. We waited all night and nothing happened, I convince Kol to bury her. After we buried her, we decided to burned everything so the locals won't get suspicious and Investigate her disappearance. We left her burning hut with her grimoire to add to our collection to see if she has any spells that we could use for a witch to do for us. Sadly there was nothing beside the immorality spell that we knew was a failure but decided to burn it along with the book." Caden and Elizabeth were confused because she didn't fail, her spell worked and the other vampire kind was evidence to that. Alexander saw their confuse faces "The following night, much to my and Kol's surprise, she returned with fangs but not the same features as us. She was like us but she was not as strong as we are. She sped to Kol, gripped his neck and tried to rip his head off but Kol was stronger and removed her grip and was about to do the same to her. I sped to him and grab his hand to stop him and due to our equal strength, I was able to stop him. I convince him to give her mercy, which he rarely does, but did anyway.I told her to leave and never show her face to us for she knows her spell didn't work, as proof that she was easily subdued by Kol, with that she sped off and that was last we saw of her." Alexander finished along with his empty glass that was use to be filled with blood. "What was her name?" Alexander heard his sister ask. "Her name was Lilith and because we showed her mercy, her kind are still alive today. I'm not sure if she is still alive up to this day." With that, Alexander stood up and called his caretaker to clean the humans up before he drops them off in town. " (in spanish) I've compelled them to forget everything after you leave their presence" Anton nodded and left with the humans following behind him but before he left, he handed a letter to Alexander. Alexander took the letter and opened it. Alexander smiled and look at his siblings, which Caden was busy reading a book and Elizabeth who was busy texting on her phone. "Apparently we are being summoned to the Vampire Authority." Elizabeth and Caden look at their brother and Elizabeth was because she received a letter before but ignored it. "Was it from Roman" Alexander looked at his sister "Yes but it's not his handwriting. Someone must want us to be there" Caden started reading his book again "So we're not going then" Caden and Elizabeth knows that their brother will disagree and will most likely go. "I believe we must. Who ever wants us there, they want us to be involve in something. We'll just politely decline and head back home. Plus, this will be our first outing as a family now that we're together again." The siblings smiled at each other with mischievous glint in their eyes. The siblings went to Alexander's garage went in his SUV that his caretaker brought back from Bon Temp. Alexander told his driver the location they were given and started driving.
