Caly's POV

"I see I'd better get you registered in this residence since you seem to spend much time here" I said in a sass tone. "If you love my company that much much, I will not deprive you of that" Roguen gave a comeback. Its been four consecutive days having him visit me. Ever since our talk in the field we grew a bit closer sowly becoming friends. He walked up to me and grabbed one of the sandwiches I was making "Hey! Im not done with that!" I reprimanded smacking his hand off. That hurt me more than him. "was that necessary?" he questioned chuckling as I held on to my burning fingers "here let me see that" he said gently taking my hand in his he looked at me. I returned the stare travelling in his electric eyes...he seemed calm, so gentle yet still held the hint of arrogance in his features...I realised the travel was real our noses swiftly brushing. "um... my hand" I said drawing my hand back and breaking the trance "Yeah, I'll go get the ice" he said walking towards the fridge, there was silence, a really awkward one. I liked Roguen but I wasnt ready for a relationship, my laat was a wrack. Anyways I wasnt quite sure he liked me, he could have been undar a dare with his silly friends or maybe looking for a distraction. I wasn't willing to be that. My train of thought was disturbed by a cold touch on my hand which I came to realise was just ice and not Roguen's hand. "So how does it feel?" I questioned in attempt to break the silence but the question was without clarity receiving a confused expression from Roguen "Being Russian" I clarified "considering that people fear my kind, it couldn't be better" he smiled, I faked a smile dismissing the matter. My cell phone rang "Hello" I answered. I laughed and pulled multiple expressions throughout the phone call. Jaden had just called to check on how I was coping and the conversation was dragging on long. I noticed Roguen grow impatient, I gave him the 'one moment' signal then shortly after ended the call. "So..." He started gathering up all my attention "you and Jaden..." He said plastering a fake grin on his face... It took me a while to comprehend but as soon as it clicked my eyes shot wide open in astonishment. I couldn't help but blush at the thought of that he just might have shown a hint of jealousy. "No, no, us- he's my buddy that's all" I stumbled on my words failing to even hide the plush pink coating on my cheeks. I noticed his smirk, I couldn't have him think that of me an Jaden so I decided to explain to him "OK fine serious confession: I kinda blush...a lot, at a lot...so yeah it doesn't mean anything" he nodded at my confession then shift his attention to his beeping phone "I've got to go. I'll See you when I see you." He hed heading to the door. After hearing the door shut I realised it... I had told him that when I blush that just doesn't mean anything which was true but, not entirely with him. Oh great now he won't pick up on anything that I like him. I smacked my head on the counter a few times "I'm an idiot."

Kristine's POV

I attended the knock on the door only to reveal... "Tammie...wh-what are you doing here?" I was surprised to see her. She had kept her distance from me ever since Caly... "I need my best friend back" she answered me her expression a bit saddened "I never left" I whispered to her pulling her into a hug "I'm sorry... I just feel like she's taken Jaden away from me and now you" she cried "I just can't lose you too" she sniffed "Hey I'm not going anywhere..." I said pulling her into a tight squeeze "Caly's a great person Tam. You just need to stop seeing her as a competition because she's not. Okay? Do it for yourself" we went upstairs to my bedroom. After a few minutes of discussing this we played some X-Box like old times. It was great spending time with Jaden and Caly but this was my best friend and every moment with her was priceless. "Hey I noticed Troy gives you the look" she said wriggling her eyebrows. "Shut up" I murmured through the smile I was trying so hard to hide. "And I see the feeling is mutual. You should talk to him, you know, get a few things off your chest." Tam started her hands floating about to create an action of 'releasing' causing me to stiffen a laugh, it reminded me much of Calypso she used actions to say a lot... these two weren't that different."Yeah, well that's not happening." Confronting Troy about my feelings is something I'd love to do but I just can't afford to do it. I was so caught up in my thoughts that when I finally looked to Tam a grin was plastered on her face "What?" my face fell to a frown "You really like him don't you?" she smiled shifting her grip from her knee to the arm of the chair. "Ye- honestly I don't know." I said finally moving to sit next to her on the bed. "Well how about you and I go gliding tomorrow while you decide on how you feel about Troy?" she beamed "Tomorrow, I'm sorry but I can't, Jay and I are visiting Caly." Her cheerful gaze dropped "Oh, I understand." "You know what? Sure, we should I'm sure Caly won't mind" I stated earning a smile from her.
