As the sky shouts with thunder and clouds as dark as if there is a storm, but not any drop of rain can be felt or seen. She scanned the rest of the streets hoping to find someone. She already went to the houses of her friends, relatives, or anyone she knows but there's no one.
"Hello! hellooo?!!" as she hears the echoes of her voice.
"This is creepy... Is it doomsday?" She thought.
She roamed around every streets but still there's no one she can find, not even stray animals. As she remember it’s still the start of autumn, but the cold air is making her shudder, she rubbed her palms against each other and rubbed her arms with it,
"I should borroed a jacket from Rhim's house before". She suddenly noticed the tallest building in the city, turquoise glass for its windows while the concrete surfaces has the color of gold. St. Gabriel's Tower, a condominium for the rich people of Terr Angeles. She walked faster and stop in front of the tower.
"But what if there are zombies inside? Monsters? Aliens? Yeah maybe the aliens are the one who took all the people here..."
"Ugh... I've watched too many sci-fi and horror movies."
She slowly walked inside the gate entrance and the huge glass door to the lobby, as her heart beats faster, might be by the nervousness caused by her imagination.
It's dark inside, but still she can see the tall glass that decorates the lobby. Surprisingly the elevator buttons are lit, meaning there's still electricity. She comes closer to the elevator and pressed the button, and it’s not long before its shiny gold and turquoise metallic door opened. She hesitantly walked inside and push the highest floor, the rooftop.
