It's not always easy to talk to family members, sometimes it is hard to find the words or what you need to say because it is hard to express it is hard to feel trust, life will make everything difficult but push on do better than me. Talk to your family get the help you need when things are wrong the listen they should family is supposed to be comfort and safety now not everyone has that but someone you see as family is just as good. I still struggle with talking tom y family and I'm 18 I am stupid and mumble and whine I can't even look adults In the eye while talking I mumble and almost break down every time. Well if you can't speak up do the next best thing WRITE IT OUT! and if your like me and your a chicken scared to be judged or sent out for help for how you feel...t-then try telling a friend...I confide day to day my rages and sorrows to 2 main people my best friend (almost typed fried lol best fried)/ lover and my best female friend they are the most trusted advisors and confidants I have to speak with nad they don't spill to anyone..er almost I think lover boy tells his practical brother since I trust him a bit to. but next chapter is an announcement
