Camille. Camille. I loved her. I did everything I could for her. And now she's just gone, taken. I miss her. I was supposed to be the big brother that was there for her through anything and I just let her get away. It's my fault. That day, oh I'll never forget it. We were playing outside, just a normal ten year old girl playing with her fourteen year old brother. I went inside to get us a drink, leaving her stranded there on the long, bright green grass all alone. I heard a loud scream and ran back out, but by the time I got there she was gone. It's all my fault. Why, oh why would I just leave her alone. My mom used to call me the best big brother ever, and saying she wished she would have someone like me to influence her when she was a child. Big brother Evan, here to save the day. But instead I left her. It's been four years and I still can't get over it. Those dreams are all I ever think about. Maybe it's a sign, maybe the universe is trying to get me closer to finding her. I can't ever speak in the dreams, but I can hear her crying for help to me. She grows taller and taller, still yelling, still crying, still screaming. I haven't told anyone in my family about it, but every single night when it happens my entire family seems to act... different. I hope she's okay. For all we know she could be dead. My birthday is in a few days, the day I finally become an official adult. Ever since Camille left I've been searching everywhere for clues, since the police decided to close the case. They said she was dead, and allowed no more questioning. Something inside me tells me that it's not true. I know she's out there somewhere. Mark my words I will find her. I will. I need to fix the mistakes I made. She's only 14. She doesn't deserve this. She needs me. More like I need her.
