⚠️Injured(Dick Grayson X Reader) (Part 4)

Dick's prov:
When we get there the pain gets worse. We sneak in from the back and bats gives us the ways to go. I go left and see harly on the floor by a door screaming and crying. That's is how I pin where (y/n) is because she told me she was once close to harly. I walk I little closer to her what she is yelling and banging on the door for.
Harly: PLEASE PUDDIN DON'T DO IT!!! (y/n) I'll stop them if I can. I'll keep trying! Just keep fighting!!
My heart breaks and I hear (y/n) in my head "baby help" she sounds so lost and almost gone. I walk a little closer to harly and put my hand on her shoulder. She turns around and her eyes go wide then she understands why I'm here.
Harly: your the couple of the century aren't you?
I nod at her.
Harly: I'll help ya, but ya gotta do as I say ok?
Nightwing/dick: ok. Just please, I know you care for her so please help me.
As I talk to harly, I try to let her know I'm here.
"Baby girl I'm here, I'm just outside. Listen to me, you have to hang on for me ok?" I get a faint ok back and I know that I'll have her with me again soon.
Harly: ok here's how we're going to do it is ya friend kid flag here?
Nightwing/dick: yeah?
Harly: well tell him he's a distraction. He'll be keeping Luke busy while we get her outa here.
Nightwing/dick: got that kid flash?
KF: oh yeah!
Harly: ok here we go.
She walks to the door and knocks. Luke then shouts.
Luke: what Ma! I'm a bit busy here.
Harly: that dumb kid flash is here! Come help me get him will ya puddin?
Luke: ugggggh fine!!!
He walks out I watch from the ceiling for harly's Signal. When he's gone she gives me the signal and I hop down and go into the room. What I see breaks my heart. It's (y/n) laying there almost lifeless and all blooded with tears going down her face. I go over to her and she looks up slowly and looks happy to see me.
Nightwing/dick: oh baby I'm so so so sorry.
I get her chains off and pick her up. She is so tiny and so sickly looking. She shakes as I carry her I take off her old cape that I put around my neck and put it around her like a blanket. We get out and I let KF know.
Nightwing/dick: were out. I'm taking her home.
KF: ok! Bye losers!
Dick: did everyone get out?
Everyone: yeah we're out!

After getting to base I lay her in the infirmary and a doctor starts to look over her. I walk out to go change as she was passed out. After changing I find bats to go get some more information on me and (y/n). I first go to his office and look for him there.
Dick: bats you here?
I knock on the door.
Bruce: come in?
Dick: Bruce? Can you please give me the book that tells about couples of the century I'd like to read it while sitting with (y/n).
Bruce: of course.
He reaches up and grabs a book. He then gives me the book and pats me on the back. I walk out and down the many halls. I make it to what is now her room. I see her laying in the bed and I go over to her, kiss her forehead and sit down next to her. I hold her hand, I feel a slight grip back. I look up and see her looking at me. She try's to talk but finds out it hurts to.
Dick: no no baby don't talk I understand it hurts. I'm here.
She then talks to me telepathically.
(Y/n): "baby boy I was so scared." "wait how am I talking to you right now?"
I chuckle and say out loud.
Dick: darling we are apparently the couple of this century. We can talk telepathically as well that is how you are talking to me.
(Y/n): "what that's so cool." Wait we aren't even a couple tho!"
Dick: about that I was going to ask you when we got back, but you had to go and get in his hands.
(Y/n): "ohhhh and what was that?"
Dick: I've loved you all our life's and I want you to be mine.
She looks all happy.
(Y/n): "of course baba, but can we wait till I get better before we have our first date?"
I chuckle then stroke her cheek.
Dick: of course baby.
(Y/n): "now one more thing?"
I raise my eye brow at her.
Dick: what?
(Y/n): "can we please cuddle?"
I break out laughing.
Dick: of course baby. Anytime.
She moves over and pays the bed for me, I get in. She cuddles up into my arms and I try to be careful of any harm to her. Soon she falls asleep in my arms.
Five weeks later——-*
She's finally out of the hospital, but she still need time to recuperate and get better. She lays in bed and I do mostly everything around that she did. Right now she's laying in bed while I make her some soup. When done I walk up stairs and walk into the room to see her reading the book with information about the couples of the century's and I smile seeing her so involved in finding out about what we can do.
Dick: hi baby.
(Y/n): hi.
She puts the book down and leans up to kiss me.
(Y/n): did you know we also have couple Powers. Isn't that cool. We have to try it!
Dick: we will when your better yeah?
(Y/n): yeah ok.
Dick: here is your soup. I love you.
(Y/n): I love you to baba.
