Chapter 1 : Vidcon?

Isabella's P.O.V

" So when are you filming your video for the collab channel?" Michael inquired, taking a sip from his sprite. " When I get home" I answered, taking another bite from my slice of pizza. It's celebrity crush week on our collab channel and I have to make my vidoes on Saturdays, which is today.

" Hey, you know that vidcon's coming up right?" Michael asked, grabbing another slice of pizza. " What about it?" I questioned, furrowing my eyebrows together at Michael. Why does he even care that vidcon's coming up?

We've never been to vidcon, so it shouldn't matter if we don't go this year. " After I uploaded the video, I noticed that the most liked comment was someone saying we should go to vidcon" Micheal stated, licking his lips before taking another sip of his sprite.

" What?!" I choked, putting my slice of pizza down on the pizza box. Michael ate the rest of his pizza, so I could process what he had just said. I looked around at my surroundings and thought deeply about what Michael just told me.

I looked around Michael's living room, not knowing what to say. I really didn't want to go to vidcon, but I love my subscribers and they want us to go. " After I upload my video, I'm going to check the comments on my videos" I remark, setting my plate down on the coffee table.

Michael and I finished eating and he drove me back home. On the way back home, we talked about vidcon and the video I have to film. There's seven people on our collab channel, which means there's daily videos on our channel.

" Thanks" I muttured, opening the car door. As I closed the car door, I thought about the video I have to film. It's celebrity crush week on our collab channel, but I still haven't thought of which celebrity to make mine about.

I walkind into my house and let my feet drag me to my room. I sighed and jumped onto my bed, but my eyes scanned around the room. Where did I leave my camera?

Suddenly, I remembered that I had left it at Linda's house. Linda is another member of our collab channel. She uploads videos every friday.

I grabbed my phone out of my pocket and dialed Linda's phone number. " Hello" Linda said, her voice sounding hoarse and tired. " Linda, are you okay?" I questioned worriedly, getting up from my bed. " I just woke up, but why did you call?" Linda responded.

" I left my camera at your house" I said, rememberinng that we did a challenge together.  " I'll go over to your house to give you your camera" Linda remarked. "Okay" I answered, hanging up. I decided to get on my youtube account to check on the comments.

I wanted to see if the comments on my channel were people saying I should go to vidcon. Michael said the collab channel had some people saying that they wanted us to go to vidcon. Hopefully, the comments on my channel aren't the same.

I log onto my account and check the comments. The very first comment is another person saying I should go to vidcon this year and the comment has 43 likes. Why do so many people want me to go to vidcon this year?

My subscribers know that I never go, but I wonder why they want me to go so badly. I heard a knock at the front door and I looked outside my window. I spotted Linda at the door with my camera in her right hand.

I swiftly walked to the door and twisted the doorknob. I opened the door and invited Linda inside. We sat on the couch and talked about vidcon. " Honestly, I really don't want to go" I stated, getting up to go get some drinks.

Linda followed me into the kitchen and helped me get some soda for the both of us. " Do you love your subscribers as much as you say you do in your videos?" Linda inquired, getting two cups from one of the cupboards.

" Yeah" I responded, taking the cups from her. " Go to vidcon for them" She said, leaning against the coutertop beside me and crossing her arms. I sighed and thought about what she had said for a minute.

" I don't know, Linda" I spoke, walking over to the fridge. I opened the fridge and looked around for the soda bottle. " I've never been to vidcon and what if my subscribers don't show up?" I asked shyly, getting the soda bottle out of the fridge.

" Why the hell would they ask you to go if their not going?" Linda asked rhetorically, taking the soda bottle from me. I sighed, then took the soda bottle when she left it on the countertop for me to pour myself a drink.

I poured myself a drink and put the soda bottle back in the fridge. I walked back into the living room with my soda. " So are you going to vidcon?" Linda questioned, as I walked into the room. " I guess so, but are you going?" I asked, taking a sip from the cold drink.

" Yeah" she answered, finishing her drink. I nodded and drank the rest of my drink. Linda had to leave because she wanted to film a video for her main channel. I said goodbye to her and rushed back into the living to get my camera.

I scurried up to my room and thought about the topic of my video for the collab channel. I finally decided that I should make my video about Logan Lerman. I couldn't think of any other hot celebrity because I knew I was running out of time.

I turned my camera on and set everything up. I made sure everything was on and working properly. " Hey guys! This week is celebrity crush week" I said to the camera.
