I loved how Harry always called me Cinderella. It made me feel like one day I'll go from being invisible to most of the high school and being bossed around by my step sisters and mother to a god mother that would turn a pumpkin into a beautiful carriage and I would ride to a grand ball and dance all night with my Prince Charming then suddenly run off and loose my glass slipper. Unfortunately, I don't get a happy ending. Instead of loosing my shoe I get stripped of my pride. There was no fairy god mother and prom night was a disaster. I did spend that night with Harry but I'm sure he's not going to come searching for me to propose to me. He's probably laughing his ass off at that video right now.

"Kristen!" Lydia shouted at me. I jumped up and groaned.

"It's Sunday morning." I groaned and she threw a bucket of water on me. I jumped up screaming and she walked closer.

"Anastasia told me about you trying to steal Harry from her. Let me make one thing clear." She bent over slightly and gave me an evil glare as she spoke. "Speak to him again and I will not pay for you to go to Princeton." She smirked deviously. "Be good and we send you off to Princeton so you can bug someone else with your problems. So until then you do what we say and stay away from your sisters boys. Do you understand!?"

I nodded and she walked away angrily.

I wiped my face and went to go dry off. When I was done I got started on my chores and did everything I was told. I guess happy endings are truly just meant for books. I always loved the thought of finding true love and running off to get married and nothing would get in the way. But the endings in fairytales are just that. A fairytale.

After I finished the never ending list of pointless chores they had for me I went back to my room and grabbed my black ibanez acoustic guitar. It was my fathers. When he passed away this was the only thing Lydia let me keep.

I strummed the strings and sang my heart out for the rest of the day.

Monday morning finally came and Harry was popping up left and right. I pushed him away as much as I could, but he still kept talking to me.

"I loved the video you posted." Lacey smiled as she sat next to me in the cafeteria.

"What video?" I asked and her smile faded. She took out her iPhone5 and opened YouTube to a video 'Missing Styles' my jaw dropped as I watched myself singing to I miss you by Blink 182. How did they even get this video?!

"You didn't post this?"

"No." I looked over to my evil step sisters who were laughing in their stuck up groupie. Harry was sitting in the group. I got up and walked out. He followed me out as I made my way to the parking lot. He grabbed my wrist and I hesitated at first then pulled my hand away and went straight to my bike.

"Kristen please!" he shouted as I walked to my bike without looking back. "Why are you avoiding me?!"

I drove off. Far. I drove up to the hills where my mum and dad married. I sat on the grass next to my bike and let my tears fall. I pulled out the picture of my parents as I cried and my heart ached. There was another picture of just me and my mum. In the back she wrote "My dearest Kristen, please be strong. Be happy no matter what. Because I learned that nothing is worth giving up what truly makes you happy. Especially, LOVE." Somehow my tears stopped and I gazed up into the bright sky that was now fading to dark. I smiled and softly whispered the words my mum always told me. "Love is always the answer to freedom." If my mum could be here right now she would be so disappointed.

-

I woke up to guitar strums. I slowly sat up. I heard harry's voice softly singing. Although my vision was still too blurry to see him. I smiled and may have blushes slightly when I realized he was singing Hey Jude by The Beatles.

When the song ended I smiled but didn't say a word.

"I worked really hard on learning that for you." He smiled and looked to the ground. "But you wouldn't give me the time of day to play it for you." He sat his guitar on the grass and sat closer to me.

"How did you find me?" I asked.

"Lacey told me you like to come up here when you can't take anymore from your family." I smiled slightly at his reply and starred at the ground. "Why are you avoiding me?"

I couldn't even find a way to explain why. There was so much pain I couldn't even figure out where to begin. I looked up into his eyes and I don't know how but he instantly understood it all.

"Do you want to get to school?" He asked, changing the subject. I shook my head, no. "Oh yeah I brought you something." he jumped up and jogged to his car then came back with his hand behind his back. When he sat next to me he smiled and hands me a beautiful red rose.

"I'm not sure if it's the way you make me feel when I think about you, or the crazy way I smile when I'm around you, but whatever it is, I fancy you." He said softly. I smiled and took the rose. I looked up into his beautiful eyes green eyes and he winked. I couldn't help but laugh. This isn't a diamond ring, but it's better. Cinderella May have married a prince but I'm sitting here with Harry Styles and honestly I wouldn't want to be any where else but here. I don't know how he could pick me but he did and he's giving me the best feeling of my life. He's sweeping me off my feet. We're gazing into the sky, laughing, and sharing stories. Honestly?... I never wanted this to end. But of course everything has an ending. Even fantasies.
