number one: hydration and good eating

this ones kinda obvious but it is really really important none the less, so listen up!!
try to drink as much water as you like and can, i'm not saying stop drinking alcohol, soft drinks or coffee and tea, but try your best to drink lots and lots of water!
and if you can, try to switch a few things around, like instead of drinking full fact milk try skimmed or even soy n' almond milk! (trust me, they both taste great, since there the only things i can drink without dying)

eating is very important as well of course, try eating lots of fruit and other stuff that's good for you, if you don't really like fruit, here's a tip. make a smoothie out of it! even add ice cream to it for a treat :)))
do try to avoid a lot of junk food since (from my own experience anyway) whenever i eat a lot of junk food i end up feeling really crappy afterwards so as of recently i've cut down on it and i've been feeling 10000x better
