Life and death is nothing but a game.

A cruel cycle that only ends in trouble. Thats why i live my life as though i only know what trouble sounds like. Im that person whom you would avoid because your parents told you that they were no good. It was the truth though, i dont think ive gone a day without some sort of trouble in the last 5 years. Whether it would be the teachers sending me out of class, a detention, a police knocking at my door. You name it, I've probably had it happen.

My day had just started and things were about to get entertaining. I -surprisingly- had gotten to school early. I had a plan up my sleeve, the office ladies were suspicious. Even my friend, Seo Dae-Eun, was suspicious of me when she had entered class that morning to find me in my seat with my feet up on the table, sucking on a grape lollipop.

"Nam Sunhi what did you do?" She exclaimed, pointing her finger towards me when she had first spotted me. I had only laughed and continued to stare out the window down to the streets. It was cold, people had huddled closely next to each other as the entered the school. Their hot breaths leaving warm clouds in the air. This life was boring. Sitting here, watching people come and go.

Only five minutes remain before the bell would ring for class. The students would file in one by one, and the teacher, Mr. Kim, would walk in so unsuspectingly. I count down as the time for the bell to ring gets closer. '5'

Students rush through the gate, and Dae-Eun is still staring at me, curiosity swirling in her eyes. '4'

Students start filing into the hallways, knowing classes were about to start. The school gets louder. '3'

My friend would be approaching his spot by now, getting ready to help me. '2'

Students are now getting closer to the room, their footsteps getting louder and their laughs even more irretating. '1'

The bell rings and i turn to Dae-Eun giving her a sly smile as i wait for everyone to be seated. My friend will be waiting for my "go" any moment now. The teacher comes in and everyone sits down. I take my feet off my desk and lean closer to Dae-Eun. "Get ready to run on my comand" i whisper to her, and her chocolate brown eyes widen, her head snapping in my direction. I chuckle slightly and send the go.

I stand up and grab Dae-Eun by the forearm. "Miss Nam! Sit down!" Mr. Kim yelled at me. I only smirk as i hear the fire alarm go off, the sprinklers coming on along with it. Shreeks are heard from the students as the try to stand up from their seats, only to find that they are glued down.

"Sunhi!" Dae-Eun yells at me as i start running down the hallways and out of the school, just avoiding getting soaked. I fall to my knees at the entrance of our school, the once beautiful and peaceful school is now, once again, full of screeching students.

I clutch my stomach as i laugh at them all. I would be hearing about this later. When i stood up, i left straight out of the black gates of the school and along the sidewalk, kicking a small grey pebble along with my red worn out converse. I stuff my hands into the pockets of my thick black bomber jacket and let out a huff. The effects of my prank had now worn out and i was left with the growing feeling of boredom.

Dae-Eun was probably still in the school helping the students. She was one of the girls who was determined to try and be my friends. She was preppy and happy-go-lucky. She still hasn't given up, it had been a month already.

I scoff and look up. The sky was grey, and everything else around it was white. Some would say it was beautiful, but who would find beauty in something so troublesome?

It wasn't appealing.

Nothing troublesome is ever appealing. Thats what i was told, and I've believed in it. I still do, but i push it off. Its at the back of my mind swirling with a bunch of nothingness's that used to be something. Things that used to mean something.

The streets were silent, everyone was either in school or working. Not even a bird was heard singing. All was silent except from the loud 'bing' that was heard from the pocket of my distressed jeans, it was my phone.

'You're in a heap of shit ya know that?' -Dae-Eun

I smile slightly and wrote my usual 'of course i do' i didnt expect any other message when i had taken out my phone. In fact, i was waiting for it. I shove my phone back into my pocket and i sweep my eyes over the street and onto the small corner store. It was a small store, owned by an elderly couple who my parents were good friends with. Were. They weren't anymore. Nobody was friends with my parents after i came along. They blame me for everything. I shrug to myself and make my way towards the small store.

Upon walking inside, i had instantly warmed up. The slight smell of ramen lingered in the air and a quiet tingle of the bell rung when i stepped into the shop. An old lady had wandered out from the store room of the store and started to greet me, until she realised who was. Her eyes narrowed down to me. She had that untrusting look on her face as she had looked at me.

I chuckle and walk towards her "aww whats that face for" i say with a small pout. She shakes her head and walks off away from me, but the bell rings, causing her to walk back towards the front counter.

I turn my head towards the group that had just walked in. There was 7 of them, each one of them looked dangerous. I nod my head towards the woman to go into the store room. I didnt trust these people. I lean my back against the counter and cross one leg against the other. "You need any help there boys?" I question, sticking another lollipop in my mouth.

They look towards me and i make eye contact with a particularly dangerous looking male. He smirks and walks over towards me. His legs clad in leather skinny jeans and sporting a white tee and a black bomber jacket. "I bet you could" he laughs before reaching towards the back of his jeans taking out a gun. I smirk. Today was just about to get slightly more interesting.
