Chapter Five

2.5 Hours later
*Arianne*

I wake up to a tap on the shoulder, I open my eyes to see a smiling Cardi and Offset.  I look around and everyone else is fast asleep,
"You and Jade wanna come with me and Set to the nail salon?" I rub my eyes,
"yeah sure," I tap Jade on her leg, to wake her up,

"What do you want?" She asks while rubbing her nose,
"Cardi Offset and I are going to the nail salon, you wanna come?" I asked her as she sat up.
"Yeah sure that would be nice," She said getting up carefully so Quay doesn't wake up. Sets with us so if they need to know where we at, they can call Set. We walk off the jet to the limousine that was parked beside the jet.

"There are both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in the mini fridge, help your selves" He announced before we enter the limo. I slip into the limo and sit on the far side and open the mini fridge and take out a water bottle and open it. I drank that so quick. Everyone in the limo turns to me.

"I was parched, I needed a beverage, " I said while Set, Cardi, and Jade look at me shocked.
They all burst out laughing,
"Ay, Take and Quay woke up. Da whole gang, dat way." Offset said as they opened the door for the two.

The limousine driver starts to drive us to the nail salon. When Cardi told the driver where we were going, I did a lil bit of research of the area, and I found out that there's a CVS across the salon. We're set. I think I should take one or two, to be sure.

*40 mins later*

I finished drinking my 3rd water bottle, so I don't take long to take a test.
"Y'all can get y'all nails done too I'll pay for Y'all cause dis place pretty expensive, to be honest," Cardi says as the driver stops the limo in front of the salon. I look to my left out the window and see the CVS across.

"Yeah imma go to the CVS first tho, I gotta pick up a couple of..items," I say looking at Jade.
She nods. We get out the car, and quickly walk towards the CVS,
"Oh shoot, I think Quay and Take are coming behind us," I gasped. I turned around and gasp.

"We need to walk faster," I said picking up the pace. We walk fast enough into the cvs walking to the aisle with the tests,

"Get like 4 or 6 ya 6," I advised Jade as I grabbed a basket. I rushed back to Jade to see her holding bare tests.

She dropped them in the basket. We hear the bell on the door open. We snap our heads in the direction to see Quay and Take walking in with their bodyguards behind them.

We watch as they walk around other isles we take that opportunity to run to the cashier. We speed walk to the cashier without them noticing. The cashier scans our items and puts them directly in our bag,

"Your total will be, 21.50," the lady smiles at us
Jade pulls out a 10 and I pull out a 10 and a dollar bill, we also pull out a quarter each.
"Thank you ladies, and good luck," the lady smiles giving us the bag of tests.
We smile and walk away.

Take runs up to us, "Ay yo, where y'all been we been looking for you"

Quavo walks up to us, "for real, what yall buy?" he questioned us as he tried to peek in the bag. I pull the bag back,
"Oh just some.. lady products yall don't wanna know about," Jade says slowly walkings towards the door.
Quay and Take walk towards the candy aisle,
"Get me a kit kat!" Jade yells at Quay.

We rushed out the store going back to the nail salon.
"I think we should tell cardi and Set," I huffed as we speed walk back to the nail salon to use the bathroom.
A few moments later we enter the nail salon. Cardi is sitting down waiting with Offset,

"We gonna go to the washroom, we'll be back," I inform the two.

Offset nods and points us the direction of the women's washroom. We walk towards the washroom but I walk faster since I drank more water, and I really needed to pee, I take 3 tests out the bag then run to test them out.

I enter the stall and place a seat cover over the seat, I open the first box and put the test between my legs and pee for about 5 seconds then I hold the rest of my pee in I let that first test sit until I do the other two.

After I did the tests I cleaned my self, flushed the toilet, and took the tests with me to the counter so I can wash my hands. Jade runs to the stall I was in since that was the only stall that was clean.

"Jade you better hurry up we gotta go," I say putting my tests on the side of the sink so I can wash my hands.

She flushes the toilet, I pick up my tests so they don't get mixed up. She comes out the stall, and places hers on the counter she washes her hands and takes her tests and looks at me,

"How long we have to wait?" She questioned anxiously.
"Two minutes," I mumble, pacing back and forth waiting for the 2 minutes to pass.

The door opens, Jade and I snap our heads in that direction. It's Cardi. We hide our tests behind our backs.

"I known Y'all been hiding something. What yall hiding? C'mon now you can tell me," Cardi says walking to the sink to wash the dust off her nails.
I look at Jade and shrug. We may as well tell her sooner or later.
"Cardi, we think we're pregnant," Jade sighs, confessing  to Cardi, she raises her eyebrows and turns to us,

"Check what the tests say," she says getting a tissue to dry her hands.

Jade looks at hers and her eyes widen,

"Is it suppose to have 2 lines? Does that mean I'm pregnant?" she said happily lowering her voice so no one else hears,

"That's what it said on the box," I chuckled telling her as she jumps up with excitement.

"What about you Ari? What does yours say?" Cardi asks throwing away her tissue.
I look down at the tests, the one in my right hand has only one line, my facial expressions soften, I look at the other one in my left hand, its the same thing, I turn to the garbage and throw out my tests,

"They're negative, they had one line," I said washing my hands. I shrug it off. Jade takes a picture of her tests.

"I don't know how to tell quavo," she worries and keeps her tests in her purse.
Cardi looks st jade,

"Don't worry girl I know how" Now come we gotta get our nails done then we gotta go shopping,"
Cardi says excitedly as we walk out the washroom to see Quay, Take and Set sitting in the chairs eating chips and candy, Jade and i sit in the chairs waiting for someone to start doing our nails.

A few moments later while my nails are getting started on i feel a light grip on my left shoulder. I look up to see a smiling Take munchin on some gummy worms, i smile back at him he looks over at my nails and nods,

"What design you gon get?" He asks eating a gummy worm,

"Light blue with jewels and a letter T," I smile,

Take smirks, i watch as the lady glides the nail polish on my acrylics, I slide my hands in the UV driers so the polish doesn't move. I take them out looking at them,

"Danggg those nice girll," Cardi smiles as she takes a snap showin off her nails with little pictures of Offset in her nails,

"The fuck you meannnnn yours are stunning." I say in awe looking at her nails,

"Alright hun, your set is complete," the lady told me as she finished putting top coat on the nail that had the initial on it.
I look at my nails, i smile widely,

"Thank you so much!" I gushed to the lady,
I walk over to Take and show him,

"You like?" I asked looking down at him as he sits beside Quavo and set, he  takes my hand smiles and nods,

"I love them, they very unique," he says kissing the back of my hand.

Cardi payed for all our nails, Jade and I thank her by giving her a hug.

We walk back to the limo to go shopping.
We enter the limo and Take sits beside me, he pulls out his phone and records him self and turns the camera on me, i cover my face showing my nails. He zooms in to my ring finger with the letter T on it.

He puts the caption as "T 😉", i smile and close my eyes to rest.
