My Shadow

I turn around & round..
& i see my shadow turn with me.
Whatever i do, it does the same..!!
Some day's when i feel low,
i talk with it, i play with it..,
i share all my secrets..!!

But i do wonder,
does the shadow really have a secret life..??
I wonder if you are my imagination,
or are you for real..??
Will it really matter,
if i lose you one day..???

But what are you..??
I wonder again....!!
May be you are the
blackened version of me.
May be you are everything,
that i don't want the world to see.

You are the,
sun kissed reflection of me.
You are glued with me &
we are the twins that cannot be seprated.

May be you are my best friend.
You fall, when i fall, &
you never gets up until i am up..!!!
You are with me in my every actions.

But promise, that you won't leave me,
that you won't let me down..!!
You have become a part of my life,
& today i am so scared, to walk alone
without you beside me.

Promise me one last time that,
you won't let me down,
you won't leave me alone..,
just like the people around me...!!!
