How I want to fall in Love

It was just a normal day as always. I was in my room with my best friend Baylin and we were talking about the future as always. We are both just freshmen in high school, but I got to start college very early. I started college at the age of 13 years, but I had my first college class around 14 years. 

"So, how's Dan?" Baylin asked me with a smirk. I have been falling for Dan everyday, but he's 26 and living in England while I'm only 15 in the United States. 

"He's fine. He hasn't posted in awhile, though," I replied then a ding called out on my phone. I picked it up and it said Dan just posted a new picture. I clicked on it with excitement. It is a picture of him in the bath with a rubber duck by him. 

"What is it?" Baylin asked. I showed her the picture and she smiles. "Your husband looks great (Y/N)." 

I tried to keep my cool, but it didn't last long, "I KNOW RIGHT, LIKE, LOOK AT THOSE COLLARBONES AND LOOK AND WHAT HE SAID 'Having a romantic bath with this special guy' IT'S SO CUTE," I breathed in order to calm myself from the fangirl back to me. 

"Okay, you need to calm yourself," Baylin said while holding onto my arms as a way to calm me.

"I know. I'm done. I just had to fangirl a little about that photo because look how cute he is," I show her the picture again, "And I like him. I want to be friends with him someday. At least be friends. From what I can tell on his channel and the things he posts about. He seems like a nice guy. He's the type of person that I hangout with. He's socially awkward and funny, but he's just so nice to so many people. I don't know. Like I know I'm only 15, but I feel like someday I will be at least meet him and be friends with him," I finish my same rant that I have in my head over and over again. 

Baylin looks at me, "I'm sure it will happen someday. You deserve happiness and joy. And you work so hard and always are nice to everyone. I know that you do everything for everyone else and sometimes for yourself. I believe that you will be with him someday. Friend or more than friend. Like life is full of endless possibilities." I look back at her with my plan I've had for months now in my head and smile. 

"Thanks, Baylin. I really needed that. And yeah maybe it will happen someday. You know. I have made tons of plans of how it will happen." 

"Oh really? Tell me about it," Baylin says as she puts her head in her hands and shows that she's listening. 

"Okay, well this is going to take a period of ten to twelve years," I look back at her and she her eyes are big and wide, " yeah. I know. Here's how is starts." As I tell her my whole plan she smiles and nods along. She says that she thinks that I could totally pull it off. All of it is already planned and is for sure going to happen. But once I'm around 20 I don't know what can happen then. That's when I'll be finally out of college and have to get a job. With my degrees though, it shouldn't be too hard to get a job in my field. 

"That's the plan and I'm sticking with it"
