Hey guys! I decided to make a sequel since you have been begging me to for a while now!!! This one is about Claire's new life in New York City. Her sister has lung cancer, and Claire has to move back so she can help her parents with the struggle of keeping her alive. Jack on the other hand has one more week left in California and then he has to move to Miami, Florida which is over 25 hours by car and 3 hours by plane to NYC. Their relationship has practically ended... or has it?
