Chapter 4

After about 3 moons, she transfered to the nursery and took the role of queen and was expecting 2 kits. One day, she suddenly felt a strong pain in her stomach. She walked halfway to the med den and dragged herself the other half. She laid in the moss bedding of the med den and panted. Needle'stalk, the med cat laid a stick beside her for her to bite on and said ''Push!'' He yowled and she gave a hard push and a 2 large but reasonably small kits popped out. She panted and rested her head on the ground. After a few moments, she quickly licked her kits to clean them. After she stopped licking them, the med cat said, ''You may move to the nursery if you'd like.''  He said as he gave a warm smile. Sedge'strike picked her kits up gently and the mewed loudly as she slowly walked to the nursery as she was still a bit sore. Ash'fur walked walked into the nursery and greeted his mate with a lick on the cheek. She smiled at him and nodded, ''Nice to see you too.'' She purred and curled her tail around her kits and smiled and fell into a deep sleep.
