Chapter 2: The Bus Ride

Vanessa's POV

I'm sitting next to Beckett. In front of us is some other Primas that I don't remember. And next to us is Hell-On-Wheels, I mean Helswheel. I guess I seemed to look panicked as I was thinking about me liking Sasha and our.. kiss.
B-Beckett V-Vanessa

B- "You okay?"
V- "N-Yea. Yea I'm fine."
B- "No your not."
V- "How would you know, did you take Girl Psychology?!"
B- " Is that an actual thing? Or are you joking?"
Beckett says as he is unsure of Vanessa's joke.
V- "Just Joking. Just.. Are we okay?"
B- " Yea why?"
Beckett then suddenly remembered what had happened earlier.
B- "Well we're only okay if you still like me. Because THEN we have a problem."
Vanessa smiled at Beckett's joke.
V- "Of course I still like you! You silly goose!"
Beckett was relieved as he seemed to be holding his breathe.
B- " Okay then, 'Houston, we do NOT have a problem'"
Vanessa felt so many happy feelings, she blushed.
V-  "Im glad we're okay."
Vanessa kissed Beckett's cheek, then Beckett turned to her.
B- "We're better than okay."
Beckett tells her softly.

Beckett's POV

I'm glad that there isn't anymore tension between Vee and I. Well there wasn't any tension in the first place, was there? I quickly gathered all of those bad thoughts and threw them away in my brain. I look to the shoulder to see Vee's Head lieing there. She seems to be checking her phone for something as she then suddenly because more comfortable on my shoulder.
A/N:
This is not to be taken sexually, Vanessa is simply moving to a more comfortable position to fall asleep on Beckett's shoulder.

Vanessa's POV

I yawn loudly. "Get some sleep, Vee." Beckett tells me as he knew I'm tired. Soon everything seems to black out, as I doze off.

Beckett's POV

Vanessa is sound asleep on my shoulder. I glance at my mom, who seems to be trying to not stare at Vanessa and I. She tries to sneak a quick look, but I catch her and glare at her. She seemed to back off. It was still pretty early. I check my phone. 7:28.
I attempt to fall asleep, and my attempt succeeded as, everything went black.
