Billal: My next plan I want to hire the unemployed people who have real talents I'm not looking any of the educational qualification, I just want a employee's who loves to do their work even in worst situation.

Mr. Louis: But....you can hire graduates as they know about business and can really execute great ideas to Enhance our business.

Billal: "Growth not comes by ideas it comes by work, I mean it comes from the people who don't want to receive money, it comes from the people who wants to prove their best, it comes from the people who thinks that their talents is superior than money and happiness"

Mr. Louis: I guess you're right.

Billal: Yepp I'm always right let's start hiring staffs from tomorrow I will be wanting ten thousand candidates, and the designation would be sales, retention, customer care support,Delivery boys, and collection.

Mr. Louis: okay done how many round of interview.

Billal: just one round and one question as per the situation.

Mr. Louis: k done Billal

(The next For Billal's surprise he gets sixty thousand resumes of the candidates who are looking for job)

Mr. Louis: what?

Mr. Billal: I give you one fine example for the customer Care staff the task is to handle and satisfy  twenty customers per day for each customer he will get eight percent from what customer has paid us, this is the price for his potential but if he's doing more than he's task then he will get twenty percent from the amount that customers pay us this is how we pay for his performance.

Mr. Louis: genius really a superb idea but how to can we make customer to get in touch with customer care because customer will seek customer care support only when if he's​ unhappy with our service, but we always give better service.

Mr. Billal: Yepp but each and every that customer buy from us will be holding sticker stating that we have a have better offer for cheap rate you kindly call customer care to know  more details. So customer calls the customer care in this actual scenario our staffs are selling another cloned item to the customer for better price which we got for cheap price do you remember we purchased few gifts and paintings, now we sell that like this, and other designation also have this kind of more hidden sales in them.

Mr. Louis: so you're trying to sell useless things

Billal: "Nothing is useless all we need to know is use right thing at right time, if we develop this skill in us then we can even gain knowledge from the things that were meant to be a Garbage"
