I showed Jace that letter that I got and now he is forcing me to take self defense classes I tried to refuse but he would not take no for an answer.

"Okay Lizzy, if you want to be able to protect yourself you have to be able to take down John," my couch yelled

"I am trying, he is twice the size I am," she is going to kill me before anyone can have a chance to even harm me.

"Okay then let's see if you can handle yourself against a punching bag, or is that going to beat your ass to," god she is such a smart ass.

My couch pulls me over to the punching bag.

"at least you can punch and kick, let's go back over to John and see if you can handle yourself," couch said

After like ten tries I was finally able to take down John.

"Good, good, you did a really good job today, but I will see you tomorrow," Jesus why do I have to come back.

"Okay, see you tomorrow," I said trying to catch my breath.

I feel so nasty right now because I am so sweaty and sticky. I head up to my room and jump into the shower to wash all of this sweat off of me. I finish washing up and get out of the shower.

I think for the rest of the day I am going to go to town, and go to the dance studio since I have not been there for two years.

'you should leave Jace a note telling him where you are' my wolf Lina said

'ya I think that would be a good Idea' I told Lina.

I went into town, I am going to the dance studio, I will be gone for most the day.

I set the note in his room and leave.

-10min later-

it's so good to dance again, it helps me calm down and to see my old friends and my dance couch.

"Lizzie it's so good to see you again, are you okay," my friend Dianna said

"I am fine and it's good to see you to"

"Lizzie, I did not know you where back," I heard a males voice.

I turned to see who it was and there he was.

"Davis," shit, shit, shit, not him not know.

he walked over to me and pulled me close to him.

"let's dance together for old time sake," Davis said, I pushed him away and walked out.

I was having such a good time then he has to show up and now I am crying just great.

"where do you think you are going sweetheart," Davis said and grabbed my wrist.

"Davis leave me alone, please let me go,"he pulled me close and kissed me and I pushed away then spit in his face.

"you stupid bitch,"Davis yelled then hit me in the face

"come on," Davis grabbed my arm and pulled me to a ally.

After he pulled me into the ally he threw me to the ground and kicked me in my ribs, I screamed for help but I don't thank anyone heard me.

"Davis stop please,"I screamed

then I heard someone running but I could not see who it was because my eyes where swollen shut.

"leave her alone," a man screamed

"till next time love,"Davis said in my ear then ran away.

"Ms are you ok, did you know that man or something," he asked.

"can you take me home please," I need to see Jace and tell him what happened.

"I think you should go to the hospital,"he said

"please just take me home," I practically begged him for like 5 minutes and he finally said yes. I told him where I lived and he picked me up and took me to his car.

-10min later-

We get to the pack house and the guy knocks on the door, Athena answered the door.

"oh my god Lizzie, hold on I will mind link your parents," Athena said and like five seconds later my parents are running down the stairs.

"Jesus what happened to you Lizzie, who did this," my mom asked, and even though I can barely see I know my dad is extremely pissed off.

"It was the same guy that kidnapped me, someone got him out of jail and now he is going to kill me," I can't go through this again, all the pain I had to endure, the beatings, starving and being filthy. I just can't do it again.

"What, okay that's it you are not aloud to leave this place until he is cot and put in jail," my dad said barley able to control his temper.

"can you take me to my room please," I asked the man that saved me.

"Ya," my mom shows him the way to my room and he sets me down on my bed. I flinch in pain.

"ow, it hurts," God I need some heavy pain killers for this.

"I will call the doctor," my mom says

The man that saved me left and I told him thanks for everything before he left.

"I called the doctor he will be here in a few minutes, and I mind linked Alpha about this problem," My mom says then hugs me tight and I jump in pain.

"oh I am sorry sweetheart, I forgot," my mom said with a sad look on her face.

"it's ok mom I am fine it just hurts a little," I tell her.

The door opens and in walks the alpha and Jace my handsome mate.

"Lizzie are you okay, who did this to you I swear I will kill him," Jace is so pissed off right now I can barley recognize him.

"Jace please control yourself you can't kill someone just because of a girl that you barley even know," Jace's dad said in a stern voice.

"She is more then just a girl dad, her name is Lizzie and she is my mate," I was surprised he told him.

"What why would you not tell me this important information, we must tell the pack right away," The Alpha said.

"Not right now can't you see how much pain she is in, I will not make her go in front of the pack like this. We will wait till she gets better," Jace said.

everyone left the room except Jace.

"Baby I am so sorry I was not there to protect you," Jace said and now he is starting to cry.

"it's not your fault I should have brought someone with me, if it's anyone's fault it's mine," I lifted his head so he would look at me so I could kiss him.

"I will not let him hurt you like this again I promise," I shook my head okay. Someone knocked on the door then opened it.

"Mrs Lizzie, I am the doctor I came to take a look at you, if that's okay with you," it was a young doctor that came in to help me.

The doctor finished with me and told me I had three broken ribs, a concussion, a few bruises. I told him thanks then he left.
