"Every good king has his battles, but a real king will fight for what he believes in and is willing to protect his country."
"Jamila, time to get up!" she yawned tiredly, before shutting off her blaring alarm clock and sitting up, the sheets falling off from her, before yelling back to her mother down the hall from her. "The future king of Wakanda will be here soon?!..", her mother yelled from downstairs. "
"Okay, I'm going to get ready now!" Jamila squealed excitedly into her pillow, before placing it down.
She then shot up from out of her bed and walked into the bathroom, turning on the shower and got in, doing her regular hygiene routine, and thinking in her mind as well. 'Omg! I can't believe the future king of Wakanda is paying a visit!' Soon after a couple hours, she got out and slipped on some lingerie, then an outfit which consisted of a red blazer, a white button up shirt, and red pants to match.
Her mother Asha was making breakfast, and after about an hour or so, the dishes were put away right after they both finished eating of course, a knock on the door was heard, Jamila ran to the door eagerly. "I got it!", she then proceeded to open the door, and slowly looked up as brown eyes met with hers, and a low voice with a thick accent spoke.
"Hello there, Ms. Jamila." Her eyes never looked away from the brown eyes which had locked onto hers, as she stared up at the figure that was in front of her, she then opened her mouth to speak to the young, yet handsome man in front of her. "Uh, your the king of Wakanda right~?" He kissed her hand softly, before looking up at her, seeing the small pink tint which had spread its way across her cheeks and chuckled softly. "A Pleasure to meet you, your highness." He smiled and responded to her in a soft tone, his teeth showing. "Please, just call me T'Challa~"
He then entered the house before Jamila opened her mouth to speak. Um, T'Challa, are you the only one here?" He sat on the couch beside her and glanced up at her, then sent her a small smile, as she slightly blushed with her thoughts rambling on in her head. 'Lord help me, this guy is gonna be the death of me, I tell you!'
"Yes, but there is also someone I'd like you to meet." Jamila smiled softly, with an apologetic expression. "I'm very sorry about what happened with your father." He turned towards her and smiled weakly. "Thank you." He then embraced her into a hug. "Would you like to come with me?"
Jamila looked up at him, once they separated. "You mean to Wakanda?" , He smiled softly. "Yes, Okoye will escort you to the car behind you, just go grab your things." She nodded and smiled, with T'Challa doing the same. "Make sure your things are down here, by the time I get back, we're heading somewhere for a couple of days before our destination." Jamila gave him a small kiss on the cheek and smiled. "See you tomorrow, T'Challa~" And with that they both left.
Asha walked up to her daughter, "Was that the future king of Wakanda?" Jamila smiled softly. "Yes, and he's taking me somewhere, before we head there." Asha hugged her daughter rapidly, before a buzzing noise came from a bracelet that T'challa managed to slip on her, without her noticing, which she then proceeded to answer. "Hello?" T'Challa answered, "Hey, I forgot to ask if you packed something formal, as in clothes for dinner and also for the coronation ceremony."
"Of course I did, now why wouldn't I do that?" she giggled softly, before T'Challa' responded. "Alright, make sure your ready, I'lll be there in 15 minutes." She replied to him. "Okay, will do."
