I looked at my blank ceiling while I layed on my bed, listening to Pierce The Veil. I rubbed my ankles. They still stung a little from...well nevermind that.

I looked at the alarm clock next to me to check the time. 6:30 am. I rolled my eyes and thought to myself, "Great...another sleepless night. I haven't slept all weekend"

Its been like this ever since she left on Friday. Nevermind that too.

I scrolled through my texts with my friend. (I guess you could call him that) His name is Nathan. We got in an argument earlier that night and it got so far that he called me a "Gothic Prick." We were best friends in school but ever since she left, our friendship fell apart.

I brushed my hair out of my face and took my ear buds out. I stood up and threw my smartphone on my bed. I opened my bedroom door and stepped out in the darkness of my house.

"If you don't care why don't you leave?" I heard my mom yell from downstairs. Great, my mom's mad again. "The kids don't help around here and you are always stuck at work leaving me to do everything! I'm fed up with it. I don't know how long Drake has had himself locked up in his room. He never comes out!" My mom yelled.

I knew my name would be mentioned. Great, just great. Maybe I wouldn't be locked up in my room all the time if you were to come in my room and help me with my problems.

I ignored my thoughts and proceeded to the kitchen. I grabbed a bottle of water and went back to my room.

School was in 4 hours and I wasn't ready to see her. I locked the door to my room and grabbed my ear buds again. Sleeping With Sirens now blasted from them. I put them in and sat on the edge of my bed, staring out my window into the night.
