Chapter Two- What In The Hell Just Happened?

All of us waited for something to happen.  One moment we're all just standing next to the machine, then i hit my head and everything goes dark.

I open my eyes and see everyone.  "I think I'm going to throw up"  Michael says holding his stomach.  "What in the hell just happened" Deborah asks.  "And where the hell is Riley" she asks.  "Right here" I say.  Everyone turns around.  "Well what are you doing on the floor, silly?"  "I don't know, I just opened my eyes and I was on the floor" I says standing up.  

Michael looks at me madly.  "You said it would be fine, but now we're standing in the middle of nowhere" he yells.  "We aren't in the middle of nowhere" I say smiling at him.  "How do yuo know?"  I point in a direction "there are buildings over there."  "I think we should head over there" I say.  "Yeah. let's go" Brian and Joe say.  I reach in my hoodie pocket for my phone.  "Guy" I say.  "My phone."  Everyone starts checking for their phone.  "Damnit" Dyonna says.  "Maybe they're in Mr. Allen's room?"  

As we're walking Brian tries to play with Dyonna's hair but Joe is trying to stop him, so I turn around and they're holding hands.  "OMG, brotherly love" I say.  "What" Brian asks.  Dyonna turns around and laughs.  "You guys are holding hands" she says.  "WHAT, NO" Joe states.  Dyonna and I laugh.  "That just made my day" I say laughing.  "Mine too" Dyonna says.  "What did" Connor asks.  "Don't worry about it" Dyonna says.  

Not to long after that, we arrive.  "Let's go in the building" I say pointing to the closest building.  We walk into the store.  "Welcome to the book store" a perky lady says.  "What are we even doing in here" Josh asks.  "We need to see what time it is and the date" Michael says.  "You guy can but, I'm going to go stare at The Fault In Our Stars" Dyonna says.  "Yeah, me too" I say walking towards the book.  "Guys, c'mon" Deborah says.  

"Fine."

We go up to the lady at the counter.  "How may I help you" she asks.  "We have some questions" Connor says.  "Okay" the lady says.  "Okay one, what time is it" he asks.  "It is 5:30" she says looking at her watch.  "Also" Connor pauses.  "What's the date?"

A/N: I know the chapters are short but the story isn't that long so I have to space them out enough to have cliffhangers so, sorry.  But anyway there are two more chapters and the last one is VERY SHORT.  Sorry about that.  Uhh but I actually enjoy writing short stories so I am probably going to write more so expect that to happen.  Also I am going to try and upload more now that school is out so I'll try.  So don't forget to..........
