As I walk down these streets I remember the good times I had. I remember being afraid I would get caught running off and my best friend Katie saying I needed to quit being the wimp I was. I remember meeting my first crush on these very streets. I remember having my first kiss on the curb of one of these streets. I remember the way the trees would move in rhythm with one another. I remember the way me and my friends would joke around on these streets, pushing and shoving one another while teasing about crushes. I remember how I would take some long walks, and think about my future, Would I have children, a husband, and a good paying job. I remember having my first heart break on the steps of the house I grew up in. I remember the way life used to be, so simple and carefree. But now I've grown up and I realize, it was just a life to remember.
