Sunday morning-

~Sara's POV~

The bright sunlight came through my window shining directly in my face. I rolled over looking at my nightstand seeing magcon tickets with today's date. I shrugged it off and got up to shower. I washed me hair and body and shaved.

I went back to my room and put on a pair of Nike shorts and a tee shirt and ran down stairs.

"Morning mom!" I said as I walked over to sit at the island next to her.

"Good morning. Ready for tonight?" She asked and I gave her a puzzled look. "You know. You. Kat. Magcon."

"Oh my god! I almost forgot! I have to call Kat. We have to leave soon to get to the hotel." I kissed her cheek and ran upstairs to get my phone. I grabbed it and dialed Kats number.

"Good morning sleeping beauty. I thought you'd never wake up!" A hint of sarcasm in her voice.

"Sorry, I literally almost forgot. I'll be ready in about an hour. Pick me up then?"

"Sure thing! Talk to you later tater." She giggled and then hung up.

All I needed was an hour to make sure I'd have everything and to give me time to talk to my mom.

-45 minutes later-

"Mom!" I yelled. "Can you grab my phone charger from your desk?"

"Yes." She yelled up the stairs.

I quickly went over and made sure I had everything, especially the tickets.

I ran down the stairs with the suitcase bouncing behind me.

"Okay, now don't do anything stupid. Or dumb. Or anything. Okay? This is a big privilege for you. And make sure you call me after the event. And when you get there. You here me?" She said, looking at me seriously.

"Yes mom. I know. You can trust me."

"I know I can, I just don't want you getting hurt." And with that, she got up and hugged me. Our hug was interrupted but the sound of a car horn.

"That must be Kat." I said, grabbing my suitcase. "I love you and will call you to keep you informed. Talk to you later! Love you! I yelled as I ran out the door to Kats car. I put my suitcase in the back and hopped in the passenger side.

"Ready for this?" She asked, smiling.

"Is that even a question?" We laughed and she began to drive off.

"Hello. Yes we had booked a room for about a week?" Kat told the lady at the front desk.

"Ah yes. You're room is 324, third floor." She informed us and handed the keys to me.

Thank you! Have a wonderful day!" I told her and me and Kat headed towards the elevator.

Once to our floor, we found our room and headed in.

"This is nice!" I said, setting my stuff down heading over to the window.

"It sure is!" Kat answered, throwing herself on one of the beds. After I saw her, I too threw myself on the other bed and faced her. We began to laugh but I stopped at the sound of my phone buzzing. At text from my mom. I went to text her back saying everything was okay and that we made it.

"Let's do something. I mean, we have about 2 hours until we have to be there." I said, checking the time. 4:26.

"Okay but what?" She asked, sitting up on the bed.

"I don't know. We could go walk around."

"Yeah, let's go."

After walking around for about 20 minutes throughout the hotel, I stopped to look at a painting on the wall. It wasn't interesting, just different. I turned around thinking no one would be there, but my luck, I ran right into someone.

"I'm so sorry-" I stopped. I looked up and him gasped. Cameron Dallas. Thee Cameron Dallas.

"That's okay, beautiful." He smiled down at me. "What's your name?"

"S-Sara." I managed to choke out.

"Relax." He chuckled.

"I just can't believe I'm actually here. Talking to you. By the way, I'm sorry for running into you." I looked down at the ground, trying not to show my embarrassment.

"It's okay." He said, lifting my chin. "You coming to the event tonight?"

"Yeah, I wouldn't miss it for the world! My friend got me tickets for my birthday this-" I stopped and looked around for Kat. "I actually have no idea where she is.

Just then I heard my name being called from down the hallway. "Sara!" She wailed.

As she came around the corner, she stopped dead in her tracks. Her eyes huge.

"Cameron, this is my best friend Kat. The one I was just talking to you about."

"Nice to meet you!" He smiled, giving a hand for her to shake. Which she quickly took.

"Cameron! Dude, where are you?" A familiar voice was coming from the opposite side of the hallway.

"Nash, I'm over here." Cameron answered.

Nash finally came over and his eyes looked as if they popped out of his head once he saw Kat. "Cameron, who are these gorgeous girls?" He asked, eyeing us up and down, but mostly Kat.

"This is Sara and Kat." Cameron introduced us and Nash shook our hands, but held on to Kats longer.

"Well, we gotta go. See you two later!" Cameron said, but hugged us first. Nash hugged second. And they then walked off.

Me and Kat looked at each other and ran back to our hotel room, jumped up and down on the beds, and screeched. But slowly, Kat began to quiet down and look rather sad.

"Kat, what's wrong?" I asked sitting next to her.

"I'm not beautiful. I'll never have a chance with Nash." She said, putting her head in her hands.

I lightly slapped her arm and spoke up. "Are you kidding me? You didn't see Nash when he was looking at you? He didn't want to take his eyes off you! Let alone, his hand." I smirked at her.

"Sara don't be silly." She shook her head.

"I'm being serious! He likes you!" I go up and hugged her. She finally gave in and we began to scream some more.

"Oh my gosh.. That girl Kat. She was gorgeous!" Nash said, looking out the window of the car. "What'd you think? About Sara?" He asked, smirking.

I thought to myself. What did I think? I knew she was beautiful. Everyone was. But Sara? She was..different.

"She was nice." I answered, trying to not make it too obvious.

"Yeah okay. I saw the look you gave her. You like her."

I punched his arm and grabbed the steering wheel again.

"Okay maybe, but I might not see here again." I sighed.

"Maybe you will." He looked at me.

"Maybe." And I continued to drive.
