All sat at their places Aarish and Aryahi were siting opposite to each other, Aarish couldn't take his eyes of her was looking at her with admiration, proud and love 'oh god she is really an angel for me but there is a emptiness in that beautiful eyes what could be the reason for her hallowness' Aarish thought as he saw Aryahi greeting everyone with a fake smile there was no smile that comes from her heart his talking process was cut by Arihan's phone ring to which Hyma gave an disapproval look making everyone laugh except Aryahi who just gave a small smile which didn't go unnoticed by Aarish who frowned.
"Sorry Hymu but Bhai is calling" Arihan said as soon as Kiara heard Arnit's name beamed like 100 watts bulb "Aru's call then receive Ari" Kiara said with cute smile making everyone shake their heads at her craziness for Arnit, "hello Bhai" Arihan said as soon as he received the call, "Ari is Arya near you" Arnit asked "ha Bhai" Arihan answered with a frown who made everyone's eyebrow's crease in confusion looking at Arihan "ok good put the phone on speaker" Arnit said making Arihan shrug his shoulders and did as Arnit said and put his phone on center of table.
"Hello everyone" Arnit said "hellooo" everyone said together "Kia order Arya's favorite rasmalai" Arnit said "but Bhai why" Aryahi said with a frown and everyone looked at confused "Kia baby did you order" Arnit asked ignoring Aryahi's question "yes Aru I ordered" Kiara said "ok everyone wait for the order and when it arrives call me and put it on speaker Ari you heard na" Arnit said to which Arihan said okay then call was cut. "Ari Bhai did Bhai tell anything about all this" Aryahi asked with a frown to which Arihan signaled no, seeing Aryahi's frown Aarish felt it cute 'oh god my angel is looking so cutee with that frown I just want to kiss her sensuously , oh my god Aarish what are you talking control yourself otherwise she will think you are a pervert' Aarish scolded himself.

After fifteen minutes the dish arrived making evryone look at Arihan who understood and called Arnit who answered and the call was again kept on speaker "okay dish arrived , so everyone congratulate our Arya as her NGO ranked for being the India's No.1 NGO" Arnit said as soon as he said these Aryahi went into shock mode and rest everyone shouted loud and Kiara, Hyma and Harshika went and hugged her tightly congratulating her "Bhai are you serious" Aryahi asked Arnit "yes Arya I'm early baby guys now feed her sweet what are you all waiting for, Kia baby make her eat from my side too" Arnit said cutting the call.
All fed her sweet last one who went to feed her sweet was Aarish "congratulations Aryahi" Aarish said feed her sweet as soon as his fingers touched her lips it her sparks passing through out her body, Aarish felt the softness of her lips when his fingers touched her lips "thanks Aarish" Aryahi said smiling at him that morning it was the first genuine smile he ever saw and he totally fell for her and it means that he lost his heart to her.
After having a breakfast with chattings and laughing all left to their work but Aryahi left to hospital to meet her doctor and her well wisher Ditya Kapoor who know everything about Aryahi and she was the one who made her the normal person when she underwent depression stage so Aryahi thinks her as her big sister whom she never had. As soon as Aryahi reached hospital she directly went to Ditya 's cabin who was already busy with a patient as soon as she saw Aryahi she smiled and made her sit beside her on the couch present in her cabin.
After fifteen minutes patient left from the cabin "hello shona" Ditya greeted Aryahi "Im fine di" Aryahi said hugging her "di my medicines are about to finish today morning i had asthma attack at breakfast table but noone saw" Aryahi said softly to which Ditya nodded and started to di her check up.
"Shona i told you earlier your daily routine should be proper dont neglect food and ya i think the attack you got today was again you feeling the pain in your heart please try to overcome its risky for your heart dear" Ditya said caressing her hair "im trying di but i can't do it its like i want to punish myself for hurting mumma and papa" Aryahi said with tears in her eyes.
