100 days

The begining

Laurel and her friends stoped to Walmart before hitting the beach. "Hey why are we stopping?" Allison said. "We need snacks duh." Andrew parked the car and everyone walked into the store. "Me and Allison will go get the snacks you guys can go get a blanket and stuff for a fire." Andrew grabbed a shopping cart and headed towards the snack section. "Do we need bathing suits?" Atlas questioned. "Nah" Allison and Laurel said in unison. Allison went to catch up to Andrew while Laurel and Atlas went to the blankets. "Hey I found one." Laurel held up a large blanket with a yorkie on it. "No how about his one" Atlas held up a furry blanket with Sponge Bob on it. Laurel started laughing. "What? Are you against sponge bob?" Atlas said. "Your such a child." Laurel said then rolled her eyes. "I'm getting it" Atlas said while putting the blanket it the cart. "Ok fi-" Laurel started to feel very dizzy and then she blacked out.

"Laurel, Laurel are you ok." Allison said as Laurel started to open her eyes. "Yeah I think so" Laurel started to sit up when Atlas came rushing though the  door. "Thank god your ok" Atlas said as he came to hug Laurel. The doctor was outside talking to her parents and then she heard her parents crying. Allison went out the door to see what's wrong and they told her the news. The doctor came in the room and said "Laurel you have a rare stomach disease that doesn't have a cure." Allison's eyes filled with tears. Laurel asked "So I have to take meds or something?" Allison ran to Andrew with tears in her eyes. The doctor continued "No you will have 100 days left to live." Atlas started to cry with his face in his palms. "Oh ok" Laurel said. Laurel looked around and saw everyone was crying and miserable. "Hey, instead of crying we don't we live it up while we can. I
only have 100 days left I don't to spend them crying." Laurel said. "Yeah let's do that." Atlas said while wiping tears out of his eyes. "So you want to finish that beach trip?" Allison said. "Yeah, that's the spirit!" Laurel said. "Lets go!" Andrew said.

They were heading for the car then Atlas said "Hey, Laurel can I ask you something?" "Yea sure." Laurel said. "Since you only have 100 days left I want to spend them with you." Laurel started blushing. "Laurel will you be my girlfriend?" Laurel blanked for a second then said "Yes." Atlas started blushing and the walked hand in hand to Andrews car.
