2. Sleep and sleep
The most awaiting moment that I'm waiting for every end of the day - Lying down in my bed and getting into a good deep sleeeeep! Plus, having a good dream! Haha! :)
It feels good every time you woke up from a good sleep or nap. You just feel energized to do your tasks for that day. You don't have to over fatigue yourself. Remember to take a break for a moment.
And for the times that I'm in my very oddly mood and felt like breaking inside, I just go to my room and get some sleep. I usually do this when I'm heartbroken. It's funny I know but that how it works to me!
Having a good sleep leads to:

* Losing a few pounds
* Faster healing
* A healthier, stronger immune system
* More energy
* A sense of well-being
* The ability to think more clearly and effectively
* Increased level of patience
* Fewer accidents in the workplace
