I woke up feeling great. The first thing I did was check my phone. "Good morning beautiful" the text read. I smiled so hard my cheeks hurt a little. I quickly text good morning back and went to the bathroom. I did my morning facial routine and headed downstairs. Nay was waiting in the kitchen as always. "Good morning boo."she said. I said good morning back while digging in the refrigerator to find something to eat. I settled on ice cream because I didn't feel like cooking anything else and I was just lazy. "Now why the fuck you eating ice cream knowing damn well you lactose intolerant?" Nay yelled. "It's too early to be yelling." "And it's too early for you to be farting and shitting like a baby." I laughed at her because she always acted like my mother but was also my sister. I kept eating my ice cream and cut on the tv switching the channel to Yo Gabba Gabba. Yes, I'm a big ass kid. Nay laughed at my childish ways but I didn't care I liked cartoons and that was that. My phone vibrated and i almost fell trying to get it. Of course it was Khael.
"Dinner tonight?"
"Yea sure where" I text back smiling way too hard. "Girl who is that got you smiling like that?" Nay asked. "It's Khael, a dude i used to have a crush on in high school" I smiled while biting my lip and texting him back. I jumped off the couch and screamed. "What bitch what?" "We going to Red Lobster" I screamed. "Bitch yo ass go anywhere for some free food."she said. I thought I was about to die from laughing. "I'm paying for myself thank you very much." I said while rolling my eyes. "Girl lets go because you definitely need something to wear." I just laughed and went upstairs to get ready to go. I don't know what I would do without her.
We went shopping for a couple of hours and I was weighed down with bags because I was just that little and slow lol. When we got back to the house it was 6:00 and I was supposed to meet him there at 8:00 so I had time to do everything I needed. I hopped in the shower while Nay picked out everything. I got out the shower and sat on the edge of my bed in deep thought for a while. I honestly was a little scared because I hadn't been on a date in forever but tonight for some reason everything felt right........
