chapter 2

the two have been talking for hours. it's been weeks since jungkook and yoongi have met and they haven't stopped talking since. everyday was new texts and new stories. until one day...

kookie: hey
yoongi: hi
kookie: i want to ask u something. please be honest with me
yoongi: promise i'll be honest
kookie: good. now for the question....will u run away with me
yoongi: what?! run away?!
kookie: yes...from your parents, school, everything
yoongi: i...i don't know...
kookie: just say yes
yoongi: fine...let's do it
kookie: perfect. meet me at the corner of ur road

It was quick, him quickly packing a book bag full of clothes and some other things. he made some poor lie up and told his parents before running out the back and jumping their fence.

yoongi ran to the end of the road seeing jungkook waiting for him in his car. "jungkook!"

"yoongi!" jungkook yelled back and leaned over to open the passenger door as he stayed in the car.

yoongi threw his bag in before he got in himself. "so, where to?" he asked as he closed the door.

"don't know. let's just drive." jungkook said as he took the car out of drive and started to ride.

minutes, barely even an hour and a half, have passed. the two drove all around the city and admired the beauty, even with a small road rage here and there. the couple wandered off to an empty road. jungkook pulled into an empty field and stopped the car, getting out and opening the car door for yoongi.

"why are we here?" Yoongi asked as he walked to the front of the car.

"to watch the sunset." jungkook sat down on the hood of the car and handed yoongi a can of his favorite soda. "i know you don't like beer so here."

"thanks." yoongi said with a smile and took it from him. "how do you know my favorite soda?" he asked as he opened it.

"you talked about it as we were driving." jungkook told as he cracked open his beer and took a sip.

"you remembered?" yoongi questioned, shocked as a smile played on his lips.

"of course i did..." jungkook trailed off as he stared at yoongi's lips for a second. he shook his head before turning his head to the other beautiful site he came to look at.

"i've never seen the sun set like this...it's beautiful." yoongi admitted as he stared at it with a smile.

jungkook's eyes wandered to yoongi and let out a chuckle. "you've never seen a full sunset?"

"no, my parents like to stay in the city so i don't really get to see it." yoongi took a swing from his pop, a small hum leaving his lips. "i'm glad it was with you."

"i'm really glad too." jungkook told and kept his gaze on yoongi.

the sky turned dark as the sun fully went down. yoongi's and jungkook's faces how illuminated by the moon's light.

"come on, let's keep driving." jungkook said as he crushed his empty beer van and threw it before walking to the driver's side, patting himself before looking into the car. "fuck."

"what?" yoongi asked, becoming worried.

"the keys are locked in the car." jungkook said and kicked the car's wheel.

"want me to call a tow truck?" yoongi quirked as he pulled out his phone.

"yes." jungkook answered with a sigh. he looked at yoongi and eyed him up and down before staring at his lips, licking his own.

yoongi called the tow truck and talked to them for a minute before ending the call, putting his phone back. he looked at jungkook before quirking a brow, seeing the other's stare. "what?"

jungkook kept staring, not speaking a peep.

yoongi's cheeks heated up and he looked away before turning back. his lips started to tingle, feeling the kiss already.

he made the first move. jungkook walked over to yoongi and wrapped arms around the other's waist, leaning in and kissing yoongi.

the two pulled back when yoongi ran out of oxygen, a small gasp leaving the shorter. "breathe through your nose." jungkook told, a smirk making its way to his face.

yoongi nodded. "that was amazing." He admitted with a smile.

"it was." jungkook said back and pecked yoongi on the head.
