Mysteriously, all over the city of Rowena, people have been getting what doctors ca only describe as the Galaxy Plague. It's not contagious, it's not harmful, and people have no idea how you get it. The only side effects are deformities on your skin that look like galaxies. There are no health problems, no strange actions, just the stars and colors appearing.
The people who get this disease are immediately cast out by the Anti, the people who hate everything that have to do with them, and are sometimes welcomed by the Exanti, who support the people who've gained the disease.
There is no cure, for there is nothing anyone can discover about it.
