CHAPTER 2

Sophie

I turned toward the source of the noise to see a girl around twelve years old screeched to a halt in front of Mr Gorgeous, which was also, I might add, in between us.

“Mum said that she would find the exchange” wait what? Exchange, could it be possible - “And to stay put, Dylan, and…” the little girl seemed to realize that I was standing right behind her.

“Who is that?”

I raised an eyebrow at Mr Gorgeo- I mean Dylan. He raked his hand through his hair making it ruffled looking frustrated, also completely sexy.

“I’m Sophie, what’s your name?”

“I’m Ella” she stopped for a second “as in Sophie Sherrin?”

I felt a knot of dread settle in my stomach settle in my stomach.

“Yeah” I managed to stretch the word out for three seconds making it sound like a question.

“I gotta tell Mum I found the exchange!” she basically squeaked before scurrying away through the crowd, which had thinned considerably since I had last checked.

I looked at Dylan who by that point was looking incredibly annoyed.

“So any more siblings to warn me about beforehand?”

He ran his hand through his hair again exhaling in frustration.

“Uh that’s my cousin Ella and – “

“I’m his other cousin Luke” a deep masculine voice spoke behind me “And you must be Sophie”

I spun around to see another smoking hot guy standing in front of me – what was with this family? Luke was eye catching with his bright blue eyes, white blond hair and body sculptured by the gods. He winked, I realized that my mouth was hanging open and closed it while a flush spread across my cheeks, he also towered over me at nearly the same height as Dylan.

A silence stretched out and I remembered that he was waiting for confirmation of my name.

“Yep”

“And I see you have found trouble”

I snapped out of my dazed.

“Dylan or me?” I asked raising a pierced eyebrow.

Dylan muttered a string of curses under his breath behind me.

“Definitely you finding Dylan, although that opinion could change by the looks of you” Luke grinned.

God this guy has to stop making me blush.

“Oh and he has two other older brothers – twins – keep a sharp eye”

And with that Luke sauntered off through the crowd leaving me gaping with the resemblance of a fish.

“Ok” I spun back around “where are these twins that I have to look out for?” I demanded

“Sophie dear, there you are!” a tall slim beautiful woman weaved her way towards me with little Ella trailing behind her, she made it look more like a dance though with the way her body gracefully move like liquid.

Seriously. What. Was. With. This. family? They were all ridiculously good looking. I felt like some sort of plain Jane standing next to them.

“See I told you it was her, Mum” Ella whispered

“Yes, you did sweetie” she replied

I smiled “Hi I’m Sophie Sherrin. It’s nice to meet you Mrs?”

“Mac Intosh” she supplied “But please call me Lucy”

“Ok, Mrs Mac Intosh” I said automatically.

“Please dear, you make me feel old” she laughed.

“Now come, come dear let’s get you home, we don’t want to be standing around in the airport all day” she and Ella started walking toward the exit. “Oh, and Dylan please take Sophie’s bags for her would you? She has had a very long trip.”

“Sure Aunt Luc”

Dylan grabbed my suitcase.

“I got it” I said as I reached down to take it off him.

There were two reasons I didn’t want him to carry it, one I could take it myself and two it was really really heavy and I was embarrassed by that fact because I was usually a girl who packed light, but hey it was for the whole year.

He glared at me and then gave me an evil grin as he yanked the suitcase away from my reach.

“I got it” he challenged with an evil gleam in his eye. He would easy overpower me, I had no chance in the world and he knew it.

I huffed and crossed my arms like a four year old, turned on my heel and flounced of towards the exit.

“Yo angel” Dylan called from behind me “Wrong way”
