title : sub-title : optional author : genre : short storyline : type : simple/minimalist/manipulation face claim : manip only ideas* : you must fill this one for at least 2 ideas mood : dark/bright & gloomy/happy color scheme : optional inspiration* : optional, but it'll be very helpful if you include one
*ideas : ideas for your cover, what will your cover look like, what things do you want to be included in your cover. ex : a brunette girl wearing a wedding gown, in a dark castle
*inspiration : any cover that will be my inspiration on doing your request/how you want your cover to look alike. you can comment down the link, or you can send me through pm
p.s. : if you request a coverset, just fill the same form for each cover. and put the form in one comment–or if it doesn't fit, just hit reply button and send the rest of it there.
