During a battle, each character will call out a name as they finish their group of enemies. Whatever person they call out is who's POV it changes to. Example, If Jerome calls out Lachlan, it will go to Lachlan's POV as he fights.
Vikk's POV.
I take another glance behind me at where the man tried to assassinate me. All because of a stupid piece of paper. I sigh, turning my head back towards the town that we were currently heading to. I just hope no one else wants my head. "You okay?" I turn around to see Lachlan walking behind me, keeping pace to not fall behind. "I'm fine. We just need to reunite The Pack before it's too late." I reply, shooting a quick glance towards the rest of the group. It seems that Jerome is starting to get closer to Mitch. I quickly peck Lachlan on the lips, holding his hand tightly as we walked towards the town together. Before we know it, we already arrive at the entry point of the village. As we all walk down the village, I feel the presence of people staring at me. "I think they know about the poster," I whisper, "What do we do?" Lachlan takes a quick look around, meeting several gazes and glares. "Just act casual." He says, giving my hand a reassuring squeeze.
After what feels like hours, we cross town to the library, hoping to find information of the last spell-wielder in The Pack. I open the door and a little bell dings above it. We look around, but the library seems abandoned. "You would think that they would take down this library by now." Mitch says, searching a bookcase covered in cobwebs. Lachlan starts to walk ahead, but the floorboards underneath him break, causing him to plummet into a hole. "AHHH!" I try running to the hole, but Rob grabs my arm. "Don't run, you could fall too." he warns me, letting go of his grip around my wrist. I quickly walk across the floorboards, being careful not to break more of them. I look down the hole to see Lachlan barely holding on to a ledge that was hovering above spikes. "Help!" He yells, trying to pull himself up on the ledge. I look around frantically for a way to get him up, but there is nothing. I then get an idea. I walk closer to the hole. I need to get closer to use my magic. Mitch sees what I'm about to do, and runs to grab me. I slowly dive into the hole, trying to focus all my energy on using my magic. The thing is, I only have enough strength to lift one person out of the hole. It was a clear decision.
Me or Lachlan?
I close my eyes as I hear the ledge Lachlan was holding onto break. I open my eyes, and time starts to slow down. A bright light took control of me as I flew towards Lachlan, grabbing his hand. We both smiled at each other, squeezing our hands tighter. The last thing I saw was Lachlan with a white aura. Horrible thoughts flooded into my head as I squeezed Lachlan's hand tighter, feeling him trying to hold on as well. I slowly let go as I feel solid ground underneath me. Blurry figures start to come into focus. It was the rest of the group. They were all staring at us with their eyes wide. Rob mimics picking up his jaw off the floor. I raise an eyebrow. "What?" I ask, "You all look like you've seen a ghost." I glace at the group and realize Mitch was nowhere to be seen. He comes around the corner, holding a leather book in his hands. "This doesn't have the information we want, but it has something else in here," Mitch says, "Something about Secret powers." He throws the book to me, and I catch it in mid-air with my mind. I read through it until page 4 catches my eye. "1997, June 19th. I have noticed the group wielding powers that I have never seen them possess before. The archer is able to shoot blasts of light at enemies, stunning them for an easier shot. The psychic is able to control people's minds if they have enough power." I read, turning the page to see the left side blank, and the other side ripped out. "I assume that the ripped out page has the rest of the secret powers?" Jerome mutters, "It's never easy." I turn to the next page and find a whole bunch of co-ordinates highlighted with a yellow marker. "Great. Co-ordinates. It would be useful if we had a map." Rob sighs, searching a nearby bookshelf. The rest of the pages are blank, so I tuck the book in my bag in case we need it later.
We head out of the library to see a bunch of mobs swarming the village. I pull out both of my swords, dual-wielding them to do more damage. The group goes back to back as Mitch draws his bow, Jerome takes out an axe, Lachlan prepares his magic, Rob gets ready to punch, and I swing my swords high. "Go!" I signal, running over to a bunch of zombies that are threatening villagers. I throw one of the swords at an approaching zombie, knocking him back so I can use him as a platform to jump over the horde. I jump on top of his head and grab the sword before flipping over the rest of the zombies, making sure to stay out of reach. "Lachlan!" I yell, smashing another zombie over the head.
I summon a geyser of water under my feet, causing me to rise into the air over the creeper swarm below. While in mid-air, I drop TNT on the mass of creepers, blowing up a decent amount. "Mitch!" I signal, running behind cover as creepers approach.
I cart-wheel out of the way of the Skeletons' arrows, drawing back three arrows on my bow to knock out some skeletons. I see an arrow coming out of the corner of my eye, so I aim and fire an arrow that pierces through the other incoming arrow to hit the other skeleton. "Jerome, you're up!" I shout, hitting a close skeleton over the head with my bow.
I run towards an unsuspecting zombie nearby, slicing his head in half with my axe. I throw my axe in the air and it rotates perfectly in the sky, giving me enough time to knock over a zombie with a kick. I catch the axe and bring it down on it's face. I pull it out of the zombie's head, seeing it go limp as I forced it from his skull. "Rob, finish it!" I yell, running over to Mitch to help fend off the skeletons.
I quickly dash through the last horde of zombies, sliding under the legs of some, cutting them in half from underneath. I quickly run around them with my super speed, knocking some over with fast punches and kicks. I grab a plank that was taken out from the invasion, using it as a weapon to kill the remaining mobs. I slowly back away from the corpses, returning to group up with the rest of the group. Before I head over, I see a letter sticking out of a villager's pocket. I take it and quickly skim over it to find something disturbing. This letter is from Herobrine.
