Oh god she is doing it again... Its been just two days since that thief incident and Ella STILL hasn't gotten over it. I'm worried she'll get herself in trouble...or worse, like put herself in danger.
Right now she is begging me to go out by herself,
LIKE I WOULD LET HER DO THAT.
If only she could see that I'm just trying to protect her.
"I PROMISE I won't go back, JUST LET ME GO T~T" Ella cries.
"Only if you let me go with you." I say
Ella groans like a kid
"Fine..." she glares
She gets her stuff and we go out to the village. It's not as crowded as last time so its pretty calm. We go to a library since she basically drags me over there the second we step outside.
"What do you want from here anyway?" I ask her
"I just wanna look around, is that a crime?"
I sigh and sit down.
Ella looks around for twenty minutes or so and comes back with 3 books.
"Can i get em'?? PLEAAAAASE?!" She gives me her puppy dog eyes...
"How much do they cost?"
".....65 coins..."
"65?!?!" I choke on my drink
"You can only get one"
God i feel like a dad...
*puppy dog eyes intensifies*
".....two..."
"Ok ^^" she smiles and skips over to the librarian.
God i have got to stop falling for that...
When she comes back we leave and it looks like Ella wants to go to the town park.
We stroll around for a bit but before we knew it a thief runs up to us and snatches a book out of Ellas hands.
"HEY" I yell
In a panic i just grab his arm to stop him from getting away...but i didn't really think that through.
He pulls out a knife and cuts my arm.
"GAH" I stumble back in pain and fall over.
"GARROTH!!" Ella runs over to me while the thief runs away with her book.
Thats book cost 20 coins ;-;...-that really shouldn't be my priority here.
Ella helps me up and a person in a black cloak suddenly taps ellas arm.
"H-huh...?"
"H-hey...i...I think i can help"
