A certain bell rings that makes me jump. An officer collects Grayson and takes him away. My heart skips a beat knowing he's stuck in a tiny cell all on his own. He's in jail for something he didn't even do.

I wake up on the sofa at Mia's house. I hear her on the phone.

Mia? I shout from the living room.
Yeah she says as she walks in the room with two cups of coffee for both of us.

I laugh you mean my step mom I say with a disgusted look. What would you be calling her for?
Nothing now she doesn't want to be bothered, Mia said upset. Honestly Riley I don't get how you cope sometimes she says and gives me a hug.
