My index finger applied pressure
to the button my keyboard that showed an arrow going down. It is the 2nd week of summer and i have been on tumblr for what it seems like forever. I really dont have anything else to do. Pictures of food, clothes, shoes, and the ocasional naked person, that people reblog, that finds its way to my timeline. I push the button extra fast on those kinds of blinding pictures. Its too much for my virgin eyes, i think to myself everytime. I laugh to my self.
"Aaliyah Get up and get dressed now, im not going to tell you again", my mother yells from behind my door. I blow air and roll my eyes. She only told me once. I dont even want to meet these people let alone stay with them while our parents go out and have fin while we are stuck there. UGH. i slam my laptop together and roll on my bed, so my hair was all over and i was wrapped in my sheets. I have a bad habit of not making my bed. I soon here my door open and see bright light blazing in my eyes.
"Ugh, the light, im melting", i yell, putting my hands up to my face to stop the light from burning my eyes. "Get up now aaliyah, your going to make us late", my mom says now by my bed and in the process of unwrapping me from my sheets. "I dont want to go", i protest, rolling in the same direction i was to undo her un wrapping. "Aaliyah Marie Williams , if you dont get your ass up", she yelled as she slapped my bottom forcefully. I clench my butt to impact the blazing heat that covered my butt. "OUCH", i yell as i grab my butt. "if you dont get up, i will leave you here", she says putting her hands on her hips.
"Fine leave me", i say letting go of my butt and rolling off my bed to hit the floor. she grabbed my arms and dragged me to my bathroom and shoved a toothbrush in my mouth. The taste of toothpaste filled my mouth. "I will not, you are going to get ready now", she said as she left my room , but before she gave me an angry glare. I sighed deeply and begin brushing my teeth on the floor. I dont want to go!!!!!!
When i finished brushing my teeth, i put my hair into a ponytail and changed my shirt. I refuse to change out of my sweats. I throw on my white converse and i decide it will be in the peoples intrest that i put on some deodrant. I spray some perfum on as well and exit my bat cave to accompany my family to meet this new family.
Theo's Pov
The knife i held in my hand went forcefully up and down as i chopped vegtables for dinner tonight. My mom forced me to held cook dinner tonight as i was about to leave to meet my friends at my boy, jason's party. Its his 21st birthday, and im going to miss it just to meet these people, i dont even know.
Ever since my mom became friends with this lady at work shes been saying that she wants us to meet her family and i guess today is the day. I mean damn, i should be able to excuse my self right. Im almost 21 , im practically a grown ass man, the only thing stopping me is that live with my parents. I need my own apartment.
As i finish chopping the last carrot, i hear the door bell ring. Here we go. i throw the last of the carrot on top of the chopped letuce in the bowl and take it to the dinner table.
Aaliyah Pov
My family and I stand in front of my moms friends house and waited for the door to open. As soon as it did we were bonbarded with greetings. I have a feeling that this is going to be a long night.
