Finally a day off, i've been working for 4 days straight! At least I get the week off, the perks of being an airline pilot. Yes, I am a girl and I am a pilot. I woke up late since i needed rest, i need a lot of it.

As usual I did my morning routine as I woke up and planned to go to the mall this afternoon, I need therapy from all the stress and that means shopping.

I grabbed my purse and keys and went to this shopping mall nearby, as expected i went shopping for clothes eventually overspending once again. Oh well my next paycheck is coming soon so no worries. What's important is that I got a new pair of Gucci's.

After shopping I decided to get something to eat so I looked for restaurants.

* ting*

It was my phone and it was a message from work, ugh not again.

Good day Miss Y/N! We are aware that this week is your day off but this is urgent. We are in need of a Pilot two days from now, it will be a private flight from Korea to Puerto Prinsesa Palawan, Philippines. Another thing since this is very urgent and we are in a rush, salary is doubled. We are looking forward for your response, godspeed!

WOAH! you had me in salary and doubled, chaching ~ music to my ears. I quickly responded that I accept it and soon got a reply that i was scheduled.

2 days later

"WHERE IS GATE 6!?" shit i'm running late! My flight from Canada to Korea was late as fuck! And now i'm running towards the boarding gate and didn't care about the people i bump into. I cut in line and people are getting annoyed, but I didn't care less. I have my own business to take care.

As I was cutting in line I was intrigued by a figure of a tall man in front of me. I looked at him for a second and remembered I had better things to focus on, work.

I was scrambling all over the place and immediately made my way to the plane when suddenly the same man caught my attention once again.

"Aish, Jinjja!" He yells, slightly raising his voice at me. I don't understand Korean but he's obviously pissed.

I started getting pissed at him as well, it was his fault he's blocking my way. I have this urge inside of me to let it all out and just diss him but I'm a hundred percent sure that I'll lose my job after that. And I've decided I'm keeping my job, and as much as it pains me, not letting out the stress, I turned my back at him and headed to the cabin.

The head flight attendant, which is also my close friend from high school, Ari, immediately rushed towards me, clutching both of my shoulders and pinning me against the wall. fuck what is she doing?!

"A—Ari, are you alright?" I asked a bit shaky.

She's obviously not alright, she's sweating bullets and her eyes are trailing every inch of the room, looking constantly at the door.

"I'm officially not over them yet Y/N, I really can't focus on anything right now!" Ari started talking.

"Ari, I don't think I understand." I asked, looking into her eyes hoping she'd find comfort in them.

"Ba—" she says.

"Ba? What do you mean?" I asked, furrowing my brows.
