Chapter 28

DINNER

"you can do this"  I mumbled to myself as I see the chairs filled up by the boys. once they finished eating, before they could leave the kitchen,  I stopped them

"okay guys listen up...I got something to announce"  I say nervously. they all give me the 'go on talk' look and asked me to continue

"what is it?"  minhyun question me. "I'm moving out in about a month time"  I said. "yeah..we know..."  daehwi nods his head slowly

"but that's not all"  I mumbled and looked at the floor. the floor suddenly is interesting. "what do you mean?"  jihoon questions me. "im moving to the states the day after graduation... maybe forever"  finally I've said it

they all give me a blank look as words are slowly processing in their tiny brains. one beat later, "WHat?!?" 

"why are you going there? why can't you live with us? did we do something wrong?  why are you leaving us?"  jisung said. wow he could be a rapper someday. hah

"I'm sorry but I really don't want to but my parents forced me. but hey we still have one month left right? "  I said trying to brighten up the mood but no one was buying it. hard work wasted

"one month is not enough. we just got to know each other better and we aren't even that close"  jaehwan mumbles "who's going to listen to me sing everyday" 

I feel so bad now..all the happy vibes are replaced with emo vibes which I definitely hate but I'm also sad. it's not like I really wanna leave them but what choice do I have

"I'm sorry for making you upset"  I looked down, feeling disappointed with myself. soon a pair of arms wrapper around me and it was my one and only favourite friend...bae jinyoung

"stop saying you're sorry pabo. we totally understand what's going on but we have to deal with it even though it's saddening. but cheer up we could do lots of thing with this one month"  he smiles sadly and ruffles my hair......wow smart words from the dumbest person I know

"yeah. let's stop being all emo and spend our time with her more"  sungwoon announced. aww for once that lil idiot appreciate me

they all start attacking me with hugs and that makes me feel loved by a few idiots

we release the hug but I return by giving then an individual hugs and proceed to bed

MORNING

"be careful on your way to school kids!"  jaehwan shouted. "we will!"  we yelled in chorus. "off to school we go!"  sungwoon starts the engine

"please arrange yourself in alphabetical orders now!"  mrs nam screams into the mic. damn I'm really happy to get out from this school. I'll never faced that mop again

all of the graduating students are in the hall rehearsing for our graduation ceremony. and I swear it's freaking tiring and bored sitting at the chair, waiting for your freaking turn after a few thousands boring speech

the two parks sit at the back while im sitting at the middle row because my name starts with a 'J'. jungha and chungha are literally right behind me and I can hear whatever gossips they're spilling to each other

I didn't get much sleep yesterday because I think too much and it's hurting my tiny brain. I was about to fall asleep when mrs nam loud ass voice scream my name in her mic

"JUNG JAERIN!"  I jumped out from my chair and realised it was already my turn to walk on the stage. I fasten my pace up and quickly read my speech and walk off the stage

"tsk. look at her messing up her rehearsal and speech. she shouldn't be graduating though!"  jisoo laughs as she gossips with her mini squad

uhm..excuse me bitch. I'm just tired right now and at least I aced all my exams unlike you failing like half of it. you shouldn't be graduating with that grades of yours

I rolled my eyes at her comment and head back to my seat. after few more people it was finals the parks turn. their speech was too long till I dozed off again but chungha kicked my sit

"what the fuck!"  I almost fell flat on my face. I rubbed my forehead and glare at her. "sorry. mrs nam was looking at you"  she smiled sheepishly

ugh please end this shit quickly I wanna go home
