The Mistake

Chapter Six

(Felix's pov)

"Thanks..? Are you really looking for more group members like Changbin said?" I asked. 'sh*t was that too forward?'

At that, Chan looked suprised, "Are you from Australia?" He asked me in English, wait what? He speaks English?

"Yeah I am," I replied in English,"are you?"

"Yeah, thats so cool that you're from there too," he said excitedly, "although its been forever since I've been there." He said with a little regret on his face.

"I'm sorry to hear that..." I said unsure what I could say to make him feel better.

"No its fine, you dont have to be sorry. Anyways, Changbin said you were a realy good dancer and I wanted to see myself if he was right." He said quickly.

"Well I dont know if I'm 'really good' but I can hold my own, if you want I can show you what I can do right now." I said glad to be off the other topic.

"Sure, how about your friend?" He asked gesturing to Minho.

"Oh yeah, Minho can dance too. Hes even better than me." I said proudly

Minho looked up hearing his name being said. "What about me?" He asked.

"Oh, I was just asking if you were a dancer too." Chan said in Korean, "If you're any good would you want to join our group too?"

"If you'll let me, that'd be great" Minho said with a smile.

"Thats great, two dancers for the price of one!" Chan joked.

Through all this, Changbin just stood there watching us. He almost looked upset that Minho would be joining us, but that couldnt be it, right?

"So what can you guys show us?" Chan asked looking between us.

I turned to Minho,"What do you feel confident dancing to?" I asked him

"Do you know 10 out of 10 by 2pm?" He asked.

"Yeah I do, we can dance to that one."

Chan put on the song and me and Minho took turns dancing to it. I felt really confidet in what I did and Changbin and Chan looked happy with it. Minho obviously slayed his turn and I could see Chan smile at that.

"You're both really great dancers, I would be honored to work with both of you guys." He said with a big smile on his face.

I dont think I've ever been happier to know that I was welcome with them, to the point where I forgot everytime I've ever been let down by people close to me.
