Ch. 8

JESSICAS POV

"You're so beautiful and cute when you sleep. I don't know how you do it but you've made me fall. Really hard. I don't think I can stop loving you, considering you've got me head over heels for you."

Sam loves me.

I was still awake. I smiled and he moved a piece of my hair away from my face. I soon fell asleep in deep thought.

He loves me.

     I woke up in bed next to Sam and I smiled. He snored softly and I realized that last night I fell asleep outside. Zoe and Alfie were awake and sat around a round dark wooden circle table drinking coffee which I was guessing was from room service.

"Morning Jess!" Zoe greeted. I gave her a wave and Sam sat up and stretched while yawning.

"Hey Sam, didn't I fall asleep outside?" I asked.

"Yeah, I carried you though." He smiled and I in return I thanked him

I was currently putting a last layer of mascara on my eyelashes. I was wearing a dark blue jacked which hugged me perfectly and wore white shorts. I slid on my white lace toms and adjusted my black hair which was curled and I walked out of the bathroom with my crutches and I brought the wrap with me and sat on the bed.

"Ooooh! You look gorgeous!" Zoe complimented. "Aw, you're too sweet Zoe." I smiled at her and noticed that Louis and Caspar were up. Caspar smiled at me and Louis sipped on coffee. His dreads were hanging down up to his lower back.

I wrapped my ankle properly with the bandage and I heard my phone, which was on the nightstand, ring.

Mom

Why is she calling? I lived in L.A with my best friend Lisa and my mom rarely called.

I took it and answered the phone.

Me: Hello?

Mom: Hi sweetheart. Im just calling to see if you're okay.

Me: Yeah, I'm fine. But I have a question, Why are you calling me? I mean really we all know you don't call me unless there is something wrong.

Mom: You got me.

Me: So, what is it?

Mom: Lia and Ricky are engaged.

WHAT.

Lia is my 19 year old sister. My sister and my best friend, ENGAGED!?

Me: WHAT!?

Everyone in the room looked at me funny and I just shook it off.

Mom:Ricky and Lia got close after you moved. They started to get a long better, and... he proposed.

Me: Um... oh...okay.

I hung up. My best friend and my younger sister.

"What's wrong?" Sam asked sitting next to me.

"Well, nothing. Except for the fact that my sister is engaged to one of my closest friends." I sighed and he put his hand on my back.

We all headed out to eat after we packed our luggage in the tour bus.

"Hi, may I have your orders?" The male waiter asked. He looked at me and smiled. Um...

"I'll have the spaghetti, no meatballs please." Since I'm vegetarian I just had something simple with no meat. Everyond ordered and about 7 minutes later he came back with our meals.

He handed me a piece of paper and I raised an eyebrow.

"Mark. Call me." He winked and stood there handing us our drinks. Suddenly I could feel the tension between Mark and Sam.

"Sorry, but I'm not interested." I spat. I handed him the paper and smirked. I put my hand over Sam's and Mark rolled his eyes and strolled off.

We finished our meals and I stood up out of the booth then Caspar handed me my crutches.

We a got in the tour bus and I was confused on where to sleep. Last time I slept at the feet of Zoe's bed.

"Hey, so where do I sleep? Considering the fact that I am going on tour with you guys too." I asked.

"Sleep on Sam's bed." Zoe said smirking. Alfie chuckled and I rolled my eyes smiling and then becoming serious again.

"No but really."

"Yeah, just sleep on Sam's bed. I'm sure he's fine with it." Alfie answered. I turned to Sam who was sitting on his bed and he nodded.
