Just Relax

Stacy was in the driveway pulling up and taking the keys out of the ignition. She took off her seatbelt and sat in her seat looking up at the ceiling releasing a sigh.

"I don't think I can do this anymore." Stacy spoke out to herself and shook her head.

Stacy thought about how hard and stressful her job was and strongly considered quiting but she needed this job. As much as she dislikes the stress her work loves her and Stacy was going to be getting permoted soon. She rested her head on the head rest and felt water well in her eyes, a couple tears ran down her face.

"D-Don't cry Stacy... Keep it together" She repeated to herself.

She quickly wiped her tears away and collected her emotions getting out the car excited to see her baby Tai. She walked up to the front door and opened it looking down. She walked inside and shut the door. Stacy felt a  loving body give her a warm embrace from behind.

"Welcome home beautiful!" Tai whispered into Stacy's ear hugging her tight.

He slowly pulled his arms away and took Stacy's work bag and coat off and kissed her cheek while he made sure she was still facing the door.

"Why don't you go in the kitchen I made dinner for us! But hurry and cover your eyes" Tai said smiling and hanging up Stacy's items up.

Tai placed his arms around her waist guiding her to the dinner table and making sure her eyes were closed. As they walked into the kitchen Tai helped Stacy sit down in the chair.

"Make sure those eyes are still covered!" Tai said quickly running to his seat and grabbing the flowers.

"Tai my baby what are you doing? Listen I had a long day and I ju-" Stacy spoke and got cut off by Tai

"Open your eyes!" Tai said excitedly looking at Stacy's reaction.

Stacy took her hands away from her eyes and she gasped covering her mouth. She looked at the roses and yummy favorite smelling dinner that was placed infront of her. She was in shock. Instantly tears rolled down her cheeks.

"T-Tai...it.. It's amazing!" Stacy's voice cracked. "You made this just...f-for me?" She asked pointing to herself.

Tai nodded and smiled at Stacy. "Awe no Daddy don't cry." He said getting up and kneeling infront of Stacy cupping her face wiping her tears away with his thumb.

Stacy looked Tai in the eyes. "B-But why?" She asked.

Tai continued to talk to Stacy about why he planned this special evening just for her.

"Stacy I love you so much and I feel like I don't show it as much as I should. So I want to treat you well and make sure you know how much you mean to me." He explained placing a soft kiss on Stacy's lips.

Tai got up and walked back to his seat sitting down picking up the flowers. "Here I got you these roses cause I know there your favorite!" Tai said holding the roses out waiting for Stacy to take them.

She slowly took the flowers smelling them. Stacy got up and quickly grabbed a vase placing the roses in them amd setting it on the counter. Walking back to the table she notices Tai looking at her in love. She blushed and sat down.

"What?" Stacy asked covering her mouth giggling in it and blushing more.

Tai was day dreaming about Stacy and how beautiful she was. "N-Nothing." He shook his head blushing. "Y-Your just so beautiful and it's hard not to stare." Tai laughed nervously.

As time went on Tai and Stacy ate well  laughing about some embarrassing stories they shared. They teased each other and Stacy has never felt more relaxed. This was definitely a huge relief off of the bad day she had. But little did she know there were more suprises to come.
