This secret I have..this secret that I must keep to myself. If people find out about this..they won't be happy that I have something no one else can get or should I say obtain. I gather up the bed supplies Silica and Lizz gave me. As I start to make my bed I hear a ruckus outside.
"Fire in the east wood! Someone help! There's fire in the east woods!" A villager yells repeatedly in the distance getting further and further away.
"What should I do.." I mumble to myself so that Lizz and Silica would not hear me. "I have to see what happened..I can't tell Lizz or Silica..I must go alone" I say as I stand to gather my gear. I head out the door, "Cough cough cough. That's a lot of smoke..I can barely breath..but I have to..people could be in danger.." I grip my sword and dash towards the blazing hot flames. "So...hot..." I say as I continue into the forest of fire. I finally reached a wide open circular area. It was surrounded by flames as tall as small skyscrapers. I see something in the distance coming out of the flames. "What is...no..." I say as I Draw my sword, it was a monster surrounded by flames. He held a huge sword made of Black steel and a shield made of bones. "I can't read his level..or his HP gage..crap he's coming!" I say as the monster charges at me striking the ground. I quick dodged the attack, but he completely destroyed not only the ground I was standing on but also a ton of trees. He roared angrily as he glared at me with his red demonic eyes. "I have to act fast..Hyah!" I yell as I dash towards him slashing at his left leg. He quickly slashes and I go flying in the air. I raise my sword to strike when he raises up his left arm, he punches me and sends me flying into a tree. "GAH!.." I gasp for air as I fall crashing into the ground. My hp drops to red as my vision begins to blur. "I...must not die here..I'm not ready to.." I say struggling to get up. I stab my sword into the ground and hoist myself up. I open my menu to my items. "I can use it..no one is here so I can use it..." I say as I pull out a health crystal and equip the Dark Repulser as my second sword. "It's time to use my secret weapon..Duel welding.." I say as I use the crystal. I draw out my other sword as the beast looks dead at me. He opens his mouth sending a flaming breath attack right at me. I smirk as I block it using both my swords. The beast is furious and charges at me. I walk towards him and he slashed at me. I block his sword using both of mine. I parry his sword away sending him off balance. I dash towards him slashing his legs and up to his chest. He angrily roars, "GAHHHHHH!" He sends his shield thrusting at me. I jump off his shield into the air. I activate my swords attack skill. "Finial Revolution!" I spin slashing at his head like a jig saw. He grabs my sword with one of his arms and bites into my left leg. "Gah!...you bastard!...HAAAA!" I grab my elucidator and drive it through his head. He screams out, "GAHHHH!" He burst into a huge blast of fire. I fall to the ground like a meteor. "Is...it over..." I say as I began to go unconscious.
"Kirito! Kirito wake up! Kirito!" Asuna screaming at me repeatedly. She looks at me with tears as I get up.
"Asuna?...what are you doing here?.." I say rubbing my eyes. I yawn then stretch as I look towards her.
"YOU DUMMY!" She yells at me tackling me on the couch. She tears up holding me tight.
"H-hey Asuna it's ok. I had it under control." I say as I comfort her. "I'm fine ok? That boss wasn't even a-" I say but get cut off.
"You should have told me!...I would have helped you..." she says sobbing in my arms. I sit there with this horrible feeling of guilt. I made her..my friends worry about me..I put myself at risk over some stupid secret..was it the right choice? I wonder if it was. The door opens and Silica and Lizz come screaming in crying.
"KIRITO!!" They cry out tackling me and Asuna both. "We were so worried Kirito..why didn't you tell us!" The say sobbing and hugging me. I cannot express the amount of guilt I was feeling.. I felt so selfish keeping this secret from everyone.
"I'm sorry everyone..I should have told you all..and I'm truly sorry." I say hugging everyone back. "I promise I won't do that ever again." I say with a little relief.
"I think it's gonna take more than an apology to make up for that. Kirito." Asuna says giving me a glare. I slightly slide back away from them.
"I agree Kirito, you owe us lunch!" Silica says with a huge smile.
"Come on Kirito, the least you can do for us girls is buy us lunch." Lizz says with a huge smirk. They all start laughing as they get closer, "lunch Kirito!" They all yell glaring at me.
"O-ok ok! I'll buy lunch, there are you satisfied?" I say concerned for my poor wallet. "I got a lot of col beating that beast last night." I say bragging a bit. They all jump up and down with excitement. I smiles as I get up to head out to the "Bore Bar and Grill" It's a really good restaurant. "I'll meet you guys there. Later guys!" I say as I walk out the door. I usually eat there all the time but it can get expensive. Lately the prices of food has been sky rocketing. Apparently there has been a shortage of supplies for the restaurants in town. "I wonder what could be causing this problem." I say as I walk into the restaurant.
"Kirito buddy! How have you been?" Klein says as he puts his arm around me pulling me in for a hug.
"Klein what are you doing!" I say as I struggle getting out of his hug.
"I'm just happy to see you hear" Klein says with a huge smile on his face. "I heard what happened to you last night." He says with a concerned look on his face. "Man if you needed me you should have said something. I would have backed you up. We all know I can take down any monster that comes my way." He says with a smirk as he laughs a bit.
"Yea, I know Klein. You're just that good huh." I say with a little sarcasm laughing. "The master of getting knocked over by bores." I say laughing harder and harder.
"That was a long time ago!" Klein says as he poses like some kind of samurai. "This is the new me, the one who will defeat the 100 floor boss!" He says proudly.
"Maybe not by yourself buddy." I say as I take a seat in a booth. "We'll beat this game together!" I say as I reach out for a fist pump.
"Yea together!" He says with a smiling giving me a fist pump. Asuna, Lizz, and Silica walk into the restaurant and wave at us.
"Hey guys!" I say with a smile. I look out the window and into the blue sky saying quietly, "We'll beat this game...together.."
