His cold self became my warmth. His vibrant green eyes that once intimidated me, made me feel safe. His arms that once pulled me harshly into him because of the tragic things that have been going around, caressed my cheek in a loving way when he thought that I was sleeping and told me about how much he loves me. He became my home.

Our leader paired me into another assassin since my last partner died due to the bomb he failed to stop, thank God I'm alive. Also, I've been paired to a rude guy named... Horton? Henry? Harrison? Hardwin? I don't know, I forgot, but he seems like the type of a man whom I'd love to piss off. I love annoying him. He makes faces that I find strangely adorable whenever I try to acknowledge his presence. I remember when Zach, our leader introduced me to him.
"That's my partner?"
"Yes, she is"
"Alright."
"Ericka, this is Horton. Horton, this is Ericka"
"Hi Horton, I'm Ericka. Your new partner"
"He just said that" He said in a monotone voice.
"Stop it, no arguing for today." Zach told us calmly
"Oka- will you just stop humming that song?" he turned his attention to me
"No, It's iconic"
"No it's ugly and so is your voice. Shut it."
"You're just mad you cant sing as beautiful as me" I smiled at him while I continue humming the song Like A Virgin by Madonna.
"I hate you"
"Ouch! I'm so hurt! Zach, please give me a band-aid for he-" I faked gasped and pointed at Horton "-broke my heart."
I turned to Zach only to see that he's walking away while screaming "I want to die I'm so tired of them and it hasnt been a day yet."
I think he was crying too.
"Shut up"
"Rude."
"Nobody cares."
"I do."
"I don't, leave me alone"
"No"
"Stop fucking arguing, what are you two? twelve-" Zach yelled on the other side of the room
"-inches deep inside your mama..." I trailed off and I watched as Horton facepalmed.
"What did my mom ever do to you?" Zach cried out and I laughed.
Okay, let's admit that was pretty funny.
After that, Zach came back- without any band aids for my heart and i find that really rude of him considering that he needs to take care of me since I'm the best one here according to literally everyone- and told us our very first mission as partners. We have to protect a man named Niall since his life was threatened by another Mafia leader. I'm kind of excited about it, not because I'm going to play hide and seek with death again. But because I want to see how good Horton is when it comes to fighting.
I don't know what I'm gonna write next but I bought new matching bra and underwears and they look so amazing.
