Chapter 3: Coffee shop

(John's P.O.V)
Alex and I are now walking to the coffee shop. I'm excited for Alex to meet my friends. We walk inside and I see Angelica, Eliza, Peggy, Lafayette, Hercules, and Maria. Peggy stands up and waves to us so we can notice them. "Oh, they're over there" I say to Alex pointing to my friends. "Okay! Let's go meet them!" We walk over to all my friends and sit down. "Everyone this is Alexander, he's my new roommate!" Everyone starts to cheer, my friends were always the energetic friends group, always loud and happy making jokes all the time. Alex smiles he starts talking to everyone while I tell him their names. "Well its a pleasure to meet you all!" Alex says. "Well who wants coffee?" Angelica says. Everyone cheers. "Okay who wants what?" Everyone tells her their drinks that they would like. "I'll help get the drinks" I say getting up. "I WILL TOO" Peggy says happily. Alex chuckles. "Okay well come on you too" Angelica says.

After drinking our coffee and talking we all get up and say goodbye and go to our dorms. Alex and I talk about stuff and he grabs his laptop from his nightstand and starts typing. I take out my notebook and start sketching, I don't really know what but slowly you can see the drawing come more visible, ITS ALEX I DREW FLIPPING ALEXANDER HAMILTON. I know, I know it's may not seem like a big deal but it is to me. Alex finishes typing and looks up at me. "What are you drawing this time? He says "Ummmmm......nothing?" He gets up and grabs my note book and then I start to chase him around the dorm. "HEY GIVE IT BACK" I say. He starts flipping through the sketch and landing on the one of him. He's in shock "THIS IS SO GOOD" I blush "T-thanks" he smiles delightfully. "Well it's getting late we should go to sleep" I say. "Okay"
